Bike Berry, Surface 604 dishonest company
dishonest company, they claimed product, shred surface 604, was in stock when it wasn't, took 2 months to arrive and was then arrived defective and no battery, refused to take bike back after numerous attempts to fix with parts they send me claiming too many miles after requiring miles to trouble shoot the problems, advertised as a class 3 when in fact it will only do 23 mph with their jerky torque sensor, (class 2), very poor customer support especially Jack at Bike Berry, I had requested a very small refund to compensate for ending up with a misrepresented product but Jack, head of sales at bike berry, chose to ignore me. Also Surface 604 will hide any negative reviews on their website which is also dishonest. Please avoid bike berry and surface 604 products unless you like drama, subpar products and financial loss
