The associate that answered my call walked me through the entire process made it so easy for me to understand every part of it. It was my first time to apply for a bond and she was more than happy to answer all my questions. I really appreciate her customer service mindset. Great customer service on her part. I feel like your company saved me. My previous bond had expired and I was unaware of it because I moved my business and the renewal notice with to my old address and was not fwd.
