I didn’t sign up for this. I’ve no idea what it is or what service it offers. It appears to be a scam preying on people searching for loan information.
Apparently I don’t even have an account with them. I’ve never received communication from them.
I’ve raised this payment as a dispute with my bank and they will be blocked.

Stay away from this fraudulent company I cancelled my account right away when I was applying for an loan “14 day free trial”, they still took money out my bank which legit company chats through bots and doesn’t have an live chat and even when I try and log in it says account does not match! Then tried an password reset no email, had no email confirmations no nothing, scammers

Supposedly a credit improvement service but they don't do anything. Charged me £25 out of nowhere and their customer service team don't reply or respond.
I've reported this to my bank and this company to action fraud. Avoid at all costs.

Unbelievably terrible service, you look into getting a potential loan then all of a sudden 2 weeks later you have money taken from your bank account. There is no email to make you aware of an agreement of a subscription or an email to say you have started a 14 day trial for their services nothing. Im baffled that you think a service like this that has or should have certain compliance rules can do this to people. AVOID AND DONT USE THEIR SERVICES AT ALL.

Worst experience - stay away!
I set up an account with them Aug 2025. There were issues logging into the account so I contact them, they sent a password reset link, I explained that it is showing that I don’t al have an account but I’m being charged for it. I checked all my junk and spam inboxes and I have had no help - but still getting charged for a service I can’t access!!
I have called and emailed multiple times. Their call handlers are extremely unhelpful and rude. They have hung up after I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor or when aalong about their complaints process.
In October I was promised over the phone that I would get a full refund for all the months I have been charged but I continue to get charged.
I have had to now report them to the Financial Ombudsman Service for a service they are not providing me.
Simply stay away!!

Tried to take £24 out of my account multiple times I’ve never heard of sure credit and my dad told me when I applied for a couple of loans it must of been somewhere hidden in the small print that I am agreeing to sign up for this sure credit crap, it wasn’t made clear at all and sure credit was never mentioned anywhere at all. I cancelled about a month ago and a few days ago they tried to take £24 again so I’ve had to cancel again for the 2nd time, luckily I transfer all my money to another account so nothing has been taken. It’s disgusting how many people this has happened to

Absolute scam by Magic quid makes it look as though you've been approved for a loan.

No account with them, no emails from them, not even to confirm a trial period (which I have no recollection of doing) yet they took £24.95 from my account. Used their online help tool, their link to cancel doesn’t seem legit. Put in my date of birth and every number, for date, month and year came up as the number one. No surprise to NOT receive an email confirming cancellation as I don’t have any account with them. Avoid!!
Also, in regards to the automated response given by the company, they won’t be able to trace your account using Trustpilot details, because you won’t have an account with their company for them to be able to trace. Scam! Avoid!

You shouldn't be taking money out when I haven't asked you to and I will be giving him my card so you will not be able to take money out. It's not good enough

STAY AWAY FROM SURE CREDIT - ITS A REAL SCAM
THEY TOOK £24.95 FROM MY ACCOUNT I DID NOT SIGN UP TO A CREDIT SCORE CHECK !! THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE MONEY BY SCAMMING US! IM REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS AND WILL DIRECT THEM TO THE REVIEWS AS IT LOOKS LIKE ITS HAPPENING TO A-LOT OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEING SCAMMED

They tried to take 24 quid from my account yesterday, no clue who they are, never heard of em. Luckily my Bank always notifies me of a non regular transaction... So as I have virtual cards and a physical card all with different card details terminated the virtual card, regenerated a new one, The nerve, I'm not a customer so don't have to reply with a bot message, thanks.. How can so many ppl have the same experience?.. Time to make a cpl calls... Good luck with that... 🫵🏽🖕🏽

They took money that I knew absolutely nothing about, I have emailed them and requested they remove my details immediately. They say in other reviews it indicates must have signed up for the trial - I never signed up for any trial! Also states that a welcome email is sent where the cancellation details are outlined in that email… no email found. Absolute scam. Luckily this is not my main bank account so they won’t be getting another penny out of me!!
