Opted for the post-renovation package and was $400++, not worth it. Reason why I engaged their services is due to the high star ratings, which I later found out that by giving a low star rating, cleaners' incentives would be affected.

As a newly renovated 3 room HDB, my unit was small and empty (without furnitures) to begin with. I engaged in the post-renovation services expecting deep cleaning to extract the dust underneath my vinyl flooring, as well as deep cleaning of my living room sofa (the only furniture i have). End day, what I received was just a simple wipe down of the floor and rooms, deep cleaning of the sofa comes at additional charges.

Clear mismatch of expectations, what I engaged was post renovation cleaning, not a simple cleaning. When probed about the removal of formaldehyde smell or the use of deep cleaning machineries, all these are additional packages which is another additional $500+ upwards.

Total mismatch of expectation, simple cleaning that is not what I expected at this price point is a total ripoff. What was relayed as a 4-4.5hrs session took less than 1.5hrs. Should I have known, I would have opted for another package instead of post-reno, which was super misleading given that it does not check off any of the boxes for any post-reno new home owners.

Chatline wasn't helpful in the slightest, and rushes you into making payment for confirmation. Did not bother to ascertain whether their services and the consumers' expectations align. I could have paid external cleaners $20/hr based off market rate rather than 20x the market price for the same services.

I booked Sureclean for a deep cleaning and was very satisfied with the results. Great communication and hassle-free booking process!

The ladies turned up 2 hours prior to booking which meant I had to leave work early, due to having to be there for it finishing.

The ladies cleaned my fridge and then charged me $60 additional fee for the cleaning plus an extra admin fee. They had prewarned me of this in a text message which I had not agreed to.

Outrageous to say after I had already spent $320 on the deep clean already.

The ladies cleaned really well and thankful for their service.

Would recommend being explicit about what you want from the clean, times and be aware of additional charges.

I have been using Sureclean for nearly a year now. And Kim is my new cleaner who took over recently from a previous colleague who had to return to her home country to care for a family member.

Kim is friendly, speaks well, listen intently to instructions and does a very good job in keeping my condo apartment clean, with minimal supervision. A diligent worker, with initiative.

I am happy with Kim’s performance.

I'm sure am glad I engaged Sureclean to do the cleaning services for me. Emily, Nicole, Mathavi and Loka definitely did a great job! My house is now sparkling clean and has never been this clean before. They were very thorough in their job. We engage sureclean for our post renovation cleaning today and is very pleased with the 3 lady who came. They were punctual (in fact earlier), friendly and most importantly did a fantastic job to clean up the place. Although 1-2 cabinets were missed out in the kitchen (we only realised after they left) but they assist us to clean some of the areas that were difficult to reach (under the cabinets). We are already considering to engage them gor next cleaning service.

Very satisfied returning customer. I have engaged them 3 times. They are very thorough in their cleaning. They even wiped the stubborn dust off my outdoor furniture. My house is so squeaky clean and dust-free now. Very efficient team of cleaners and I can't wait to engage their services again.

We engaged Sure Clean for post renovation cleaning. The team made up of Eswary, Jana, Haishu and Kk. They arrived conveniently early during my session.

Although we had some last minute touch up works in the house, they were able to work with me to clean my new home systematically.

I like that the team is warm, professional and able to collaborate with me in tackling different areas in the home.

Eswary is the team leader and she executed her role professionally and warmly. She checked on her team's work afterwards and highlighted areas that they have initially missed out.

During cleaning, the girls highlighted to me any defects they came across so that I was made aware right from the start.

Overall, it was stress-free. I appreciate their help and would definitely recommend to others! :)

I chanced upon Sureclean on ig, and decided to engage them for mattress, sofa and ottoman cleaning (almost a year old). Teo arrived early for the appointment (which I was fine with). Teo was independent in getting started and was diligently making sure that no spots were missed out. The entire process took about 2 hours for me. I'm a satisfied customer, and I will recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning help.

Engaged Sureclean for my parents post renovation cleaning. Jhoana from customer service was professional and prompt in replying my queries. The cleaning crew (Aruna, Vijaya and May) did a really good job in the cleaning. Highly recommended!

Prompt and friendly service from booking the appointment to actual cleaning. Customer service was super helpful and fast to reply always. The cleaning team did a fantastic job of cleaning my home. Everything was very clean and they were efficient.

Had my curtains and mattress cleaned. Professional services rendered and cleaning was to expectation. Overall I’m satisfied and would hire them again. I would use the WhatsApp number for future bookings. Initially I had left a query on their online form but they responded after several weeks. Once contact was established, things went pretty smoothly and efficiently.

Had asked for post reno cleaning. And even bfr that, my mom’s house was already in a bad condition, stubborn grease, moulds, stains, rust marks were taken care of. Dust gone. Floor’s as clean as new and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you to the 3 ladies(pls get in touch with me and provide me with their names) because I couldn’t get to thank them properly as I was at work. It was alot of work but the 3 ladies managed to did a splendid job under 4 hours. thank you guys. Me and my mom is so happy with the house now!

Second time to avail their home cleaning service and we’re highly satisfied with the outcome. House is now squeky clean thanks to staff Eswary, Vijaya and Mathavi. They did a good job in cleaning our place.

I have been using Sureclean services for about 3 months now. My assigned helper Ruby is really good - punctual, detail oriented, has initiatives and a very pleasant personality. She follows my requirements well regarding what to do every time she comes. On quite a few occasions, she would even initiate cleaning spots or items that I did not request. I work from the living room of my home and i really appreciate it that she always tries to let me focus on my work and keep the disturbance to the minimum. I would be very happy to continue to use their service and recommend this company.

It is my 1st time engaging Sureclean for pre move in cleaning. Booking of appointment was a breeze, with great and prompt responses from the team to my enquiries.

Eswary and Vijaya did a great job cleaning the house. Eswary was also extremely attentive to details and readily pointed out areas of "defects" in the house which we weren't even aware off.

The 2 girls managed to complete cleaning the 4rm flat in under 4 hours and were professional.
