We’ve been a customer of Sure4pets for around 9 years now, and in all that time we’ve received nothing but outstanding support and advice. What really stands out is that the advice given isn’t a sales pitch—it’s genuine knowledge, shared to help you and your dogs live healthier lives.

Gareth, the owner, is one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate people you could wish to meet when it comes to canine health and nutrition. He goes above and beyond to help anyone who needs support with their dog’s condition or disease. Unlike many in the raw feeding community, Gareth’s advice is backed by real understanding—not just recommendations for products off the shelf. He has even written a book covering what you should and shouldn’t be doing when raw feeding, as well as the true causes behind disease, health issues, and allergies.

What Gareth knows about the root causes of illness, allergies, and other issues in dogs is truly incredible. He doesn’t just offer quick fixes or temporary solutions that have you returning week after week—instead, he helps you understand why your dog may be unwell and works with you to resolve the underlying cause.

Personally, I’ve saved hundreds of pounds in vet bills by following his tailored advice plans, created around my own dogs’ needs. The peace of mind I have knowing my dogs’ health is in safe hands is priceless.

Sure4pets isn’t even in our local area, but the distance is irrelevant when you know the quality of care and service is this exceptional.

We just live around the corner from this shop, it had taken me over a year to find out we had a store right on our doorstep! Haha the shop itself is awesome often take my cocker there and she always goes for the raw chewy treats - value for money and staff are always there for a chat or advise if needed. I’m glad we still have shop like this in this day and age! Beats pets at home any day of the week! - think the shop could do with more publicity as shop is tucked away!

I first popped the shop a message to find out how to introduce raw to my puppy. Gareth invited us into the shop to enable him to explain in depth and also allow us to gain knowledge about SARF. The shop shuts at 5pm however Gaz stayed until 7.15pm to talk to us and make us aware of what we needed to know. I highly recommend taking a visit to the shop as Gareth’s knowledge is second to none and his passion for what’s right for your dog is amazing. We certainly will be retuning!

Firstly I want to point out that I whole heartedly agree with raw feeding.
I commenced my young puppy on raw diet, she became unwell and was found to have some abnormal anatomy, raw feeding was stopped for a few months, until her health improved and she later had surgery. I returned to the shop a few days ago to discuss reintroducing raw diet once we have the all clear following surgery. The young lady who was serving me, was very dismissive and shook her head when I tried to explain what had happened, verging on being rude and walked away. She did not give me a chance to explain what my dogs condition was, so therefore had no idea what I was trying to tell her. I will be reintroducing my dog to raw diet, but will shop elsewhere, as her response was not at all helpful or necessary. I fail to see how someone who does not know a dogs diagnosis can imply that I was wrong in what I was trying to explain.

My now 4month old Lhasa Apso Arthur, arrived having been fed raw meat, all of his life . I was sceptical at first but I thought I'd give it a try. Gareth has been absolutely brilliant with his advice and his knowledge is amazing. I've had to ring on numerous occasions asking for advice. I'm now on my third order and will carry on using this system. Thank you to all at Sure4pets for all your help .I'm really impressed.

I would strongly recommend, they're at the top of the game!

We started using sure 4 pets a while ago and used to have our food delivered, the local delivery person was always extremely polite and friendly as well as being covid secure. However, we then found it easier to collect our dog food from the store as it wasn’t as far away as we thought. The staff are all lovely and the owner is so knowledgeable and clued up on raw feeding etc. As new comers to this kind of feeding it was so helpful to speak to someone who could confidently assist us. We wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Our German shepherd adores his food!
