Shocking Experience – Rude, Aggressive, and Unprofessional

I had a deeply upsetting experience at this salon after purchasing a voucher for hair services. From the moment I called to book, the stylist Wayne Ashmore interrogated me about where I got the voucher and how much I paid, as if I’d done something wrong. His tone was rude and dismissive.

When I arrived, the same hostility continued. He took a phone call while I was standing there, complaining to someone else about “voucher customers”that he has to do full head of highlights ( me) and saying how annoyed he was. When I politely asked why he was acting this way, he told me to get a refund and threw me out.

As someone who has spent much of my life staying quiet, this experience was not only humiliating but also incredibly triggering. I stood up for myself, calmly and respectfully, and was punished for it. No one deserves to be treated this way.

I do not recommend this salon or stylist to anyone. If you’re considering using a voucher here—don’t. Protect your peace and your dignity.

Extremely disappointed with my…

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I found the service to be shockingly unprofessional — rude, aggressive, and completely lacking in basic respect for customers. I left feeling uncomfortable and completely undervalued. This is not how any business should treat people. Please, please, please avoid this person at all costs. Would not recommend to anyone expecting decent service or a welcoming environment.
