Insanely high quality supplements, fast international delivery. Sleep stack literally makes me feel like I've regenerated from a week of damage in one night

I placed an order which was meant to be delivered via Evri. The courier marked the parcel as delivered to a “safe place,” however the proof of delivery image was completely black and the item was not at the property or anywhere I could locate.

I contacted Supplement Needs to report the issue and was then asked to complete a Denial of Receipt form. I attempted to do this, but due to a recent wrist surgery I have no use of my right hand and limited use of my left hand, which made it extremely difficult to complete the required PDF form.

I explained my situation and provided all required information via email, including confirmation of non-receipt and electronic signature. However, I was repeatedly told the claim could not proceed unless the form was fully completed in its original format. I was unable to do this despite trying multiple methods and explaining my accessibility limitations.

Unfortunately, the claim was eventually closed because I could not complete the form, even though all required information had already been provided in writing. Due to this I have not received my lost order.

Overall, I found the process very difficult and not accessible in my situation. I would not recommend this company.

I was buying supplements from the brand for years and tried the sport bra this time, says the best fit- but I will give 1 star for it. Worst fit ever!

Having been a very big advocate for supplement needs over the years- it’s safe to say the standard has significantly dropped. On 4 separate pre workout orders, they arrived late, opened and a pre workout that represents something that is inedible. Lumps, moisture & open packaging. Not only this we have paid countless times for next day delivery for it to only arrive 3-4 days later, no refund or responsibility is ever taken. This will be the last time we order again. Bear in mind we have passed over 50 customers/our clients to purchase from them but we will be advising elsewhere from now on.

The products are second to none and do just as they say and more. The research and reasoning behind every ingredient is what truly sets supplement needs apart.
