Stay away for from this Vitamin Supplier -Almost all the other reviews are bad!

Wow! My product was supposed to come in 3-7 day but instead it took 20 days. I ordered product for a 10 day vacation and it did not arrive on time. Before I called my credit card, I called the vendor to notify them of the problem and no one returned my call. Today I called the vendor and I was reprimanded for reporting them to the credit card company and the woman taking the call told me it wasn’t her fault that USPS was late. Note to file, as a vendor you chose the shipper. It is your choice to use USPS and it certainly is not my fault as a customer. You should take responsibility for the failures of your vendors. My advice is to stay as far away from this company. There are other supplement vendors out there who would at least apologize and not be rude when they inconvenience their customers.

Absolutely awful people and company

Absolutely awful people and company. 100% do not recommend purchasing, or signing up for recurring shipments. “Customer Service” is unresponsive to any communications, and when I did get a human on the line (Tammy) blatantly lied to me repeatedly. 10/10 do not recommend Supplement First, spare yourself the time, energy, and hassles.

B-Drops SCAM…

I ordered B-Drops for quick weight loss…what a SCAM!! They encourage you to do it for three months so of course I bought three bottles but after one month there is no difference after the second month there was no difference so prior to the 60 day mark I notified them that I had no difference and I wanted a refund of the three bottles. First they offer 50% refund. I said no, I want a full refund. Then they waste my time and offer 75% refund. But I wanted a full refund. By the time all this happened it was past the 60 days and now they refused to give me a refund. What a crock of bull crap!!
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS GROUP!!

My first experience with Supplement…

My first experience with Supplement First was amazing. First of all, I've been taking a Dietary Supplement, ArthroGenx, for lumbar stenosis! It was a life saver for me , but ordering from Utah has been the only drawback. As long as I put my orders in with plenty of time allowed, it was fine. We'll, I got lazy, and a bit confused with the ordering process and let myself run out. I searched around and found these good folks and put in my order. Hey, this is the next morning and I received my ArthroGenx!!! Awesome, wouldn't you agree!
I want to add that I live in Georgia and the SupplementFirst folks are located in North Carolina. But still! That was fast!

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. $300 later and the product wasn’t shipping, I asked for a refund and they agreed and then shipped it anyway. I now have involved AMEX for their fraud

Terrible Customer Service at Supplement First

I ordered a supplement called 50B. Must be delivered refrigerated. Four days later it arrived in my mailbox where it stayed for another day. I didn’t get a delivery note! Maybe that’s the reason for the problem I got.
After I took the first three pills my stomach showed an allergic reaction. I stopped taking them and recovered quickly.
I asked the customer service for a refund of the 84$, but this was denied. The don’t accept opened containers. How shall you find out if the supplement works without opening the container??? An on top: they don’t take refrigerated containers back.
Other companies are doing much better!
My recommendation: DO NOT BUY at Supplement First! Terrible customer service!

Product was Counterfeit

Product was Counterfeit; I've purchased the product over the counter several time, and the taste was completely different than the product I received from Supplement First. When I complained to them and asked for a refund, they ignored my email.

Fake N-acetylsystine

The FDA banned OTC N-acetylcyctine. SupplementFirst still sold it; I figured they were selling down their existing stock.

The capsules lacked the pungent smell and taste of N-acetylcystine. The powder tasted acidic--remarkably like vitamin C.

I sent in a return for 4 unopened bottles. They credited me with 3.
