Scammed and Gaslighted: Why I Should Have Heeded the Reviews
It has now been almost three months since I ordered one tub of agmatine sulphate—three months of gaslighting by the store owner. Please listen and stay away from this shop.
About three months ago, I ordered a tub of agmatine sulphate, much needed to keep my PTSD in check. I ordered on the 7th of March and paid right after. When I asked about when my order was shipping three days later, this was the reply I got: 'When we receive the money u will get a message.' This was the first red flag: unpolite and unprofessional customer service.
For 14 days, I did not hear another thing. I had to send 3 emails to get a single reply. This was the second red flag. The answer I got was this: 'Check your inbox we send u several message that we have miss stock in our storage
So u wanna get the capsule version or wanna wait for the „300g pullover“ version next week,
So we don’t get any feedback of u.' I know for a fact that they did not send me any email during those 14 days of waiting, just mere gaslighting.
At this point, I had gone ahead and ordered agmatine sulphate from Nootropics Depot, all the way from America, which had a huge import fee, just because I urgently needed it. Considering this, I requested a refund.
This time it took the seller a whole 21 days to give me a reply:
'U still don’t answer us so u don’t need to blame on us…
Check your inbox we send u several message that we have miss stock in our storage
So u wanna get the capsule version or wanna wait for the „300g pullover“ version next week,
So we don’t get any feedback of u
Send caps or refund ? I’ve u want refund then send u s your payment details'
This was just blatant gaslighting, especially since I had told him I wanted a refund, 21 days before this.
Though I did have hope when he that same day asked me for my bank information so he could refund my order, and the day after he said the order would be refunded in the next couple of days.
Unfortunately, this was the last I heard from him. 6 emails and 36 days later, and I still haven't received my money.
Please don’t give this scammer any more money. And if the store owner reads this: you have until 31.05, or I will initiate a chargeback and report you.
