Awful customer service
Having ordered a product on 20th October, I have not yet received anything.
There seems to be an issue with the address that is being delivered to, as DHL is unable to deliver. This is probably due to billing system not registering the correct address when ordering. As the sender, SupMedi are the only ones who can change the address.
I have contacted the company many times to explain the issue, but DHL instead is waiting for DHL to miraculously figure it out, rather than just changing the address.
Customer service isnt very responsive, and generally doesnt want to help, despite me telling them several times what the issue is with delivery.
I have since also requested my money back several times as I do not believe are able to or willing to actually fix the issue, but of course that isnt happening either.
