I have 2 concerns.

I have 2 concerns.
1- Shipping takes way too long.
2- Product containers come more than half empty. This doesn't look good to the client receiving and seeing they paid for this product and the container is below half full. Hard to explain.
For now that is my 2 issues.

I'm thankful for the Supliful team

I'm thankful for the Supliful team, I'm excited to say I was able to complete my labels on my own. With the help and quick assistance I received. Each time I had to make a change the team was on it ☺️. Markuss was very detailed in providing instruction which made it so much easier to follow. I'm thankful for Supliful for making this process possible or me to start my supplement and vitamin brand. I was diagnosed with sickle cell trait (SCT) a couple of years ago,so needless to say the world of health is very important to me and because of that I've had a dream to start my own line of health products for awhile. I did not know how to go about it without millions of dollars to start until now. Thankyou so much ☺️

Long shipping times.

While Supliful does work, and the customer support has been pretty good I wish the process was better. I have over 300 orders over a week old that have not been shipped yet. Im telling you right now as a consumer, its okay if you cant ship in 3-5 days, you clearly cant. But just tell us how long it will take, if your real shipping times are like 7-15 days then just say that. Im going to have to change my shipping times on my website from 3-5 days to 12 days +. Im not asking you to be better, i get it its hard you dont have the infrastructure that other larger companies do, but then dont claim shipping times of 3-5 days when you clearly cant handle that consistently.

As a small supplement brand owner

As a small supplement brand owner, I've been using this company's services for a while now and I'm quite satisfied. Their product range meets most of my needs, and their logistics handling has been smooth. The quality of the supplements is good, which is crucial for my business.

I added Supliful to my store to sell my own products. Well theirs with my labels. I only have a free account and had some questions on product tracking for out of order. I sent them an email and got a prompt reply and a solution for me to complete my setup.

Amazing responsive team

Supliful is an easy, seamless, user friendly easy solution

Supliful has been an easy and seamless addition to my new Shopify store. Their support and fulfillment team has been incredibly supportive and quick to respond, very friendly, clear, concise, and respectful.

Their user interface is easy to use and very seamless in connecting to Shopify. They are great and easy white labeling company for anyone looking at starting a business. They have quite the variety of different supplements.

They also have a cool accelerator program to help a new brand start and get set up, not only on their platform, but also on Shopify. Though I did not take advantage of this service, I always thought it was cool and very useful.
