DO NOT buy anything from SuperSonie!!!!! I bought 2 items and they were not at all what was advertised. Then they threatened that it would cost more than what it cost to ship it back to them. They advertised sequins on the shirt and rope but it was crappy, cheap crinkled up DTF (not even screen print). Be warned! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! Also, it took me a month to receive this crap

Absolutely horrible quality and looks NOTHING like the picture. It's a screen printed picture that is cheap, color is missing in many spots, and the colors look nothing like pictured. It isn't shiny whatsoever, no sequins, and the colors are nothing near what is pictured. Shipping took a month!

I ordered on December 4th 2024 and I'm still going back and forth with this company. It is 100% a complete scam. They told me they wanted to resolve the issue but unfortunately they couldn't get the product back because it was stuck in a mail sorting Center. so, "for just a little bit more money, they would resend it to me. They stated that they needed the little bit of extra money to help them recoup their lost product."
They only got me for $50. But more importantly the gift that I ordered was from my 10 year old son to his mother for Christmas. So not only are they stealing money but they are stealing memories. What's even worse is you should see the illiterate responses that I'm receiving. Please do me a favor and do not waste your time or money with this company.

PLEASE don't fall for this scam! This company, as far as I can tell based on my experience I will describe, is fraudulent and will (1) overcharge you (the charge will come from "Reyoe Technologies" which I can't find online), (2) deliver VERY late, (3) deliver EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY MERCHANDISE, and (4) ignore any attempt you make to cancel or request a refund or make you jump through hoops to try to get one after the crappy product arrives too late. They promise "fast shipping" and "money back protection" and "easy returns" on their website and none of that is true. I was given a "total" amount charged at checkout, which showed that as the total amount charged through PayPal, then find that my PayPal account was actually charged $14.90 more than that in "tax" that was not disclosed. I ordered shirts for a holiday weeks before that holiday was set to begin. I got an email about a week later saying the package had shipped and was "en route" but the shirts arrived over FIVE WEEKS after I purchased, weeks after the holiday had ended. I was getting "tracking" that weren't through UPS or USPS but apparently some internal tracking system the company has. The updates were confusing. They were at customs from Ireland, then Minnesota, then the package appears to have been shipped from Texas? Over a week before the items arrived, I emailed and told them it was too late, the holiday was already over, to please cancel my order and provide a refund. They refused. When the items finally arrived, they were the poorest quality shirts you can imagine. The print is crooked, poor quality, one of the tags is upside down, and the sewing looks shoddy. I told them, and they are asking for pictures and it's clear I'm going to be put through hoops. I'm seeking a refund through PayPal and hopefully will get one but want to provide a warning to anyone out there who sees cute clothes pop up on their social media feed from this company / Supersonie.com, and may be tempted to buy. Spare yourself the headache and protect your money!

Scam Alert! Do NOT order from this company! I ordered a pullover from them in early November, with the idea that it would arrive before late December. Not only did it never arrive, their "tracking system" was "down" and would not provide any status updates. It is now February, they finally updated their tracking system, and it shows that the item was delivered 1/23/25, which is completely false. They will not refund my money and have offered no solutions.

Total Scam! I ordered items for Chanukah in early December and it is January 27 now and I have still not received them. I have contacted customer service numerous times and have gotten no where. I asked for a refund and they haven't issued one yet even though they never delivered my merchandise! Don't order from them ever!

I ordered three shirts in mid-Dec 2024 which were guaranteed to arrive by Hanukkah. As of Jan 21, 2025, I still have not received them. No one answers the company email, the phone number provided to the credit card company is not operational. The third party Reyoe Technology used to bill for Supersonie charged me an additional $17.09 after the fact for "tax" that was not revealed when I placed original order. No one can tell me where my order is and when it is coming. I called PayPal for my money back. This was a total scam.

They ask how their service can be improved. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I waited over a month to get my order and instead of the classy looking long sweat top,I got a piece of cheap cotton, with awful logo. When trying to deal with the crooks, they told me I'd received the item I ordered. Which I didn't. Disgusting piece of bait and switch if ever I've seen. Spread the word. Do NOT buy from this company.

It has been over a month and I still have not received a holiday shirt that I ordered. Reached out to the company who deferred me to the tracking #. My package is allegedly sitting in a warehouse house in WV, for the past week. Hasn't moved. I guess the shirt was sent from Sweden, but their site claims they are in Hawaii. Total scam!!!

Complete scam. What arrived three weeks after ordering is completely different than the picture. It looks as if they copied the wording and stole the picture from a different site because the shirt that arrived is 100% different and cheesy as can be.

It took 22 days to get here (they’re in Sweden). I ordered 5 breast cancer t-shirts. The shirts themselves are a shiny material - not cotton t-shirt material like US customers might prefer (like me). The image quality on the shirts is fuzzy - almost pixilated. I thought I’d give them a shot because the shirts are so cute online. Not so much in-person. 🫤

I order 3 items worth over $66, the 3 items arrived and very cheaply made and the quality looks like nothing but an iron on. I sent pictures and request a refund, they offered me $7, now they are telling me the return will go to China. No where on the site does it say anything about over seas. I am on my 3rd request or refund still no address for return.

Absolutely terrible quality. Super cheap, not the style I ordered and looks like garbage.

Took 60 days to get order. Had to email several times. Received order and did not look like picture of items ordered, sent the information requested by them to get the process for returns, told me what I got was exactly what I ordered and offered me $30 on a $450 order. The items were ordered per their size recommendation and did not fit. Customer service is giving me the run around as you only have a limited number of days to get a refund/return

Ordered two shirts. Got tracking information two weeks later saying order was shipped from Ireland and arrived at Irish customs. I checked the tracking website and it was rated 1 star on Trustpilot. I requested refund from Supersonie, who said order was shipped already, be patient. I kept demanding a refund, then they sent me new tracking info from a second tracking website saying it was being shipped from China. I asked why from China now, and they said it was out of stock in Ireland so they were sending it from their warehouse in China. I have escalated to Paypal to refund my money.

Rip Off
Order recd after 4 weeks. Quality is AWFUL. Contacted Supersonic requesting RA.git the runaround. After 12 emails I rec’d an email offering g $5.00 US. On a $78.00 order.
More emails offer went up to $7.00. There was nothing on FB where I placed this order to indicate this company was overseas! Last email I told them I was putting it all over social media and contacting my credit card company to do a chargeback! SHAME ON YOU FACEBOOK for allowing these companies to advertise! Total RIP-OFF

This is the second one of these I have had. I love it—it is soft and warm. I think they run a tad small but only in the sleeves.

I get a lot of compliments in this beautiful sweater and warm.
