I don’t know what payment was not accepted because it always comes out of my account but when one didn’t accept it was never returned to my account. Service representative couldn’t tell me any information on it to investigate it myself to see what happened. Now my account with yal is negative and I’m not depositing until I figure out what happened! I’m not sure exactly what date I spoke with rep but I’m sure yal keep records for reference

I love the .ag casino family . I play on betonline (was my first real casino i played and trusted , started with the poker on there first ) and also tried wild casino from ag aswell. Didn't play a whole long of a time but still like it alot. They all pretty much have a similar feel to each other for thr most part anyways . The reason for 3 stars is, on each site , the bonus rewards for existing + deposited players , is horrible . I rarely get any extra free spins or credit , on my first one betonline I dony even get reload bonus which was a dollar and om super slots I RARELY get it , I just recently got it again about 2 weeks ago for a day or two then BOOM, gone , and this happens of me not getting it or anything for months, even if I deposit more , thats why I stopped depositing as much and play on CoinPoker . Other than that I would've given at the very least , 4 stars . All im asking for is just please give your loyal players some extra bonuses , spins , something ! And I dont mean deposited bonuses either . Even if the lower bet or low limit/deposit players , even they should get it aswell bc they still choose ro put the little they could and support. The tournaments are awesome , I've only one once but I also believe there should maybe be more tournaments , more promos , low limit cash tournaments , things like that . I paid with my debit card yet you refused to return my money to my card....I still have $89 on my account and only asked for my original $50 to be put back on my card . I dont have none of this crypto shit that you deal with also I was told at the beginning that I could withdraw straight to my bank..this was not true....I feel like i was scammed!!!
