I ordered a Supersleeper Pro. The ordering was easy, delivery quick and the person on the phone was so lovely and helpful. Sadly, the topper did not suit my body so I rang to organise a return and refund. Imagine my delighted surprise on being told that I could donate to a charity and still receive a refund!! And Millie was so pleasant to speak with!! How generous of this business. In today's cut throat world, this experience made me very happy. marshmellow matress topper
Service and delivery were fantastic cant fault that.
The marshmellow pillows are nice to sleep with, but I am disappointed in the matress topper, advertised as good for hips and joints, but really only good for back sleepers. Not uncomfortable, just no help for side sleeping, feels same as my normal mattress.

The product ( Pillows )were not of quality at all.
The fibre is just normal filler and when you put your head on it you end up with a dent where you had slept all night. Yes I can add more fibre but that's not what buyer is said to believe (Hotel quality not) in your add.

Great delivery time, product is amazing. Sleeping is so much more comfortable. My mattress is new but the floating feeling of the topper is fantastic.

It is so warm and soft
It is so warm and soft, most welcome at this time of year. There is one downside, however. It makes it hard to get out of bed. Being so cosy, I am enjoying a cup of tea and reading a book, in the warmth of my bed. I would recommend it to anyone who is retired and can be more relaxed with morning routine.

A must
Ordering was easy , delivery was fast and you are sent tracking numbers. I have never slept on anything like it before. I have a few health conditions the main one is my back and since having the topper on the bed it has helped me sleep better. Also the quality of the sheet set is second to none.
