I also ordered an item for $4.95. Absolutely NOTHING about joining a VIP membership.
Within seconds I get a charge of $40.00. For membership.
I checked my email and it stated I could cancel my membership for any reason by calling the number.
I called.....they told me to read the terms. I said there were none on the order. She kept repeating " customer satisfaction". I told them I wanted my 40.00 returned and they could keep their product. Put on hold and told they would refund me half.
I tried to be civil but she kept interrupting me. Finally I said shut up and listen to me. I told them this was a scam and i wanted to cancel. Put on hold again for 5 minutes then she came back and said it was cancelled and I would receive my money in 24 hours.
My money was returned to my account in less than 5 minutes.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

OK I ordered supposedly the free moonlight I was only supposed to pay shipping and handling. I go into my account 40.00 dollars was took out for a membership. I called them and they said the membership it's so you got the light free I told him I don't want the membership I want my money back. I asked to talk to a supervisor got shuffled around. I'll call them back until they get sick of me and gave me back my money. Buyers beware it is a scam I bet I don't even get the light and they took my money.

I would give ZERO stars if I could! When you make a purchase, it looks like you're getting an amazing deal. The clincher? THEY DON'T TELL YOU ABOUT THE $40-$60 MEMBERSHIP FEE OR LIST IT ON THE CHECKOUT. I called to get a refund once I received the email with the cost (I will note, the membership cost was printed very small, almost unreadable), and they would only refund 50% of the cost. Contacting a lawyer, this is ridiculous.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. THEY SIGN YOU UP FOR A NON EXISTANT “MEMBERSHIP” and then take 45(around that figure) from your bank and you can not get one response to emails to get your money back. Then banks can’t help as you’ve apparently signed up. This company are FRAUDSTERS. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Do not buy anything from these scam artists! I ordered a $4.00 pendant only to have my credit card charged a month later a $59 "membership fee" that I knew nothing about and did not agree to!!!

Customer service is terrible they charge $59 for an online membership for access to their online store. When I ordered the product it said 1-4 weeks still no product now when I call they say 8 weeks which I still haven’t seen anything & it’s been 8 weeks do I ask for a refund because evidently this online store is no good do Alice #384 tells me to go look for something else & supervisor Andi says “no refund”. So that’s why they charge so much to get your money upfront because you want get no product but they will get your money.

I wouldn’t give this company even one star. After watching their offers on Facebook for sometime, I agreed to pay for postage with credit card. The receipt I received showed in fine print at the end of the paper that the USD59.63 for membership would be deducted in 30 days plus a monthly charge. I contacted immediately on the website and said I did not wish to join and not to sign me up. The amount was withdrawn through my credit card. I contacted again. No response and they have deducted a monthly fee! I have had to lodge a dispute with the bank and cancel my credit card. First and last time I have been scammed .DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM. Pity they are not in Australia, I could lay charges!

I purchased some egg rings through supersavingz.. 4.95. Mind you, I read through every detail if the deal is too good to be true. No where did it say they you will be charged a vip membership fee the following month. I got charged 59.63 for a membership I never agreed to. When you call for a refund, they apparently have a strict 50% back policy. So I will be getting 29.81 back rather than my 59.63 they took. If you ask to have the policy sent to you they hang up. I don't recommend anyone buy anything from supersavingz/ ultimate incorporated.

This store will lure you in on an offer of getting something for free or paying the postage only. The item received wasn't as advertised, and a month after the purchase my card was billed $59.95 USD as some 'annual subscription fee' that is never mentioned at the store page or when you enter your card details. Unless you scroll down several pages of text in the email receipt - where this is mentioned at the very bottom in tiny text that says:

"Membership charges do not begin until after your first 30 days of FREE access to the subscription. Unless you call / email or fill a submission form out you will be assumed as a subscribing member and billing will begin for $59.95 30 days after your original purchase."

But they do not reply to their email when you try to cancel this subscription that is stealthily forced on you without any proper warning in the first place. Avoid at all costs.

This company sure knows how to take advantage of people!! First they offer you a "bargain" priced item to reaal you in. If you don't read the fine print they will charge $59.95 mo to your credit card. I saw my mistake right away and called to cancel the order and membership. I was encouraged to keep the order and they would cancel the membership. I was charged for the item, insurance, and an overseas processing fee!! When the item arrived it was nothing like the item pictured!!! I could buy a better item at the dollar store. Now I'm trying to get in touch with them to return this crap. Not happy at all!!!
