SUPERSAVER SALES FLIGHTS WITH JUST 38 MINUTES TRANSIT. UNBELIEVEABLE

THE COMPLAINT
26-03-2018 We have made a booking at Supersaver.nl. the journey starts Sunday, April 22, 2018 from Cali Colombia, then Bogota there is a transfer, but this is only 38 minutes to switch aircraft and go along the Duane.

We found out here because we had called KLM for another call and they indicated that the transfer time was not right and that we would never make the switch. Then contacted Supersaver. these conversations were in English, because the service desk is in India. their English is not really understood by the way. Also called with Supersaver in Spain with which you could communicate better, but still found no solution. We have mailed many times with the answer tomorrow tomorrow, tomorrow and if we wanted to pay the rebooking for an amount around € 1000. This while their own mistake. in a last message they said that there was nothing wrong with our transfer and that we could fly without problems. . This was denied by KLM itself who sent an internal mail to the travel agent Supersaver with the request to rebook our booking. Just called again with Supersaver and they indicate that the transfer time is indeed too tight, but do not want to confirm this via the mail. In any case, we will be informed no later than today whether they will change flight or not. The case was further dealt with by the technical department after I was furious for a solution requirement. Now they say that indeed the flight will change to a flight from Avianca that departs at 12:08 pm, but that they will receive confirmation from this department.
It is now Friday 16:15 and they close in 45 minutes. I hope they they will take responsability.
I am already losing hundreds of euros in call costs, calling a week every day for at least 20 minutes at a time.
Bad bad bad.
PS: records all conversations, because they do not want to confirm anything by email.

KLM and LAN airlines claim nothing for us and that the problem must be resolved by the travel agent Supersaver. There is a message from KLM to Supersaver with the request to change the flight
THE SOLUTION
My desired solution is the rebooking of the first flight Cali Bogota with a normal transfer time of at least 2 hours and on the same day of April 22, 2018 at no extra cost for us. We travel with a baby of 1 year and you do not want to experience bad things.
