Do not use this site to book your flights!

The Customer Service is rubbish if you ever come through (by chat)

They changed flight bookings without notice to layover flights, & don’t even refund within the 24h Period.

A flight change was offered for 600€
we’re talking a about a flight from Zurich to Lisbon.

Rubbish work, Scam intentions,
Not sure how they can work like this with a clean conscience!

The never sent a booking confirmation and it's not possible to reach them anyhow. No e-mail contact available, only phone call, through which you never reach anybody.
Money was taken from the account but you essentially have no ticket...Fortunately after booking I screenshot the booking numbers, but even those are not working on their website. It's a total scam.

I bought a flexible ticket in the company, whoever my wife cannot travel because she got pregnant. They just didn’t care when I called there and said it was not their problem.

Frustrating experience, my first time on TAP, it was the worst ever, I've never felt so helpless, flight change with absurd stopovers!!! a 13-hour flight, lasted an average of 30 hours... my body has physical consequences and my head is suffering from all this, service note Zero.

NEVER BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY. I chose and paid extra for a cancellable policy for a flight ticket. When I needed to cancel it, it took days and countless hours waiting on the phone to just hear that I should call back another time or that I would get an email that never arrived.

Sending a cancelation request through their form at their website is helpless as well, then they just redirect you to the airline, which in turn directs you back to Supersaver.

I've lost loads of time and money with this agency and will never use it again. I regret completely booking my tickets with them.

To avoid absolutely as this is the worst agency I've ever experienced. Neither refund nore contact are possible. My calls were endlessly kept (25min!) on hold saying I'm on 8th position. My emails were answered back with spam-mails. According an airline staff member flights with this agency are non-refundable...

Never use this absolute garbage agency. I've spent over five hours on hold trying to change a ticket. Five hours! @supersavertravel @travelscamsorg

Hello, I hope to reach Supersaver.ch here. My booking L4VEO4 was transferred into an open date ticket. Unfortunately, phone number that I have to contact in Switzerland (+41 445 959 542) has an answering machine that does not work properly and one cannot pass through. Please make sure that your service phone is working. Kind regards.

We booked flights to Portugal for the weekend, October 18th-October 20th 2019. This was confirmed in front of us on the computer screen when we booked. When our confirmation email arrived it said that our trip was October 18th-November 20th. We called Supersaver and they told us that there was no way to change the flight and essentially that we had no other option. This appears to be a scam and we will never use this site again. We will share our experience with others so they do not have have the same experience of losing money, time, and dealing with terrible customer service. The next step is to write Kayak, shame on them for allowing this company to have a platform through their page.

Don’t use this travel site.
Zero flexibility.
The tickets they sell allow ABSOLUTELY NO changes whatsoever, and you will be told about it ONLY after you are booked.
Information on the website ( I was using English version of the .de site) is misleading and incomplete.
It is an international scam run from the
agency is in Bangalore, customer service is rude.
I have been waiting for their answer for 3 weeks.

Mobile website adds credit card fee to the total price silently. You only see it if you scroll back up on the page.
After confirming the payment details there is no warning or summary. It just books without a chance to go back.

This is terrible business practice and borderline fraud.

Customer service takes 15min to pick up the phone. Of course: No refund.

Also, the credit card fee is fixed (regardless of the ticket price).
