I bought their product and after the payment it arrived on my email but when i tried to download it, Its leading me to a dead end. This is a scam.

Its a scam guys. I could not connect my Instagram and I had already been charged. I wrote to them and they mentioned they were not working in my country. I askd them to cancel the service because I had no means of canceling from the "dashboard". They promised they would. Then guess what? they charged me again. I wrote to them and they confirmed they had cancelled. Right after that email. they are still making attempts to charge me. On a daily basis. I have had to blcok my bank card.

Status update:
1. Further attempts to charge has discontinued.
2. I received an email from the Super profile team and they made a refund of the unautgorized debit that happened 5 weeks earlier.

Mahasarkariyojana: This feels like a complete fraud and extremely unprofessional service.

I renewed my plan on 05-05-2026, ₹499 payment was successfully auto deducted, but my automation services (Auto Reply & Auto DM) stopped working completely for the last 3 days. Even after renewal, 2 days have passed without any proper resolution.

Support tickets are being auto-closed instantly without fixing the issue, and there is no real customer support available. This has directly affected my business and caused loss of customer engagement.

Taking payment while keeping the service inactive and ignoring customer issues is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be careful before purchasing this service.

Definitely a scam guys - don’t fall for this. Not only did it not work, when I emailed them telling me the service was not working for me and wasn’t connecting my Instagram account, they informed me they don’t issue refunds and blocked me on Instagram for good measure. If a business blocks you on their social media after requesting a refund via email, is that not a red flag?

Absolute scam! No response or delivery of the product after payment. Ads are misleading. They should be removed from social media platforms.

They are charging my card and i cannot even remove my susbscription that i wasn't subscriped to in the beginning and the support team is th worst!

these are scammers, beware , they will not process your payments nor reply to your emails once you buy their paid scam scheme.

Superprofile is easily one of the best automation tools I’ve used. Unlike a lot of platforms, it doesn’t charge you based on how many DMs you send. You can run unlimited DM flows without paying extra, which is huge as a content creator.
