no customer service

This company sells a small range of portable battery chargers or Superminibooster as they call them. Unfortunately, the one that I purchased is not working properly, and I was unable to start my car with it. There is no manual or other documentation on the website, so I reached out to them but despite several emails and leaving voicemails, there has been no response whatsoever. There does not appear to be any customer service, so at this point, I would suggest you avoid this company.
