Was there today served by a foreign lady with glasses she must've counted the chips in a large chips only about 15 chips aprox and the chicken strips were dry and definitely not the five we each ordered There was three of us restaurant wasn't busy but staff member took our money walked away no manners Normally staff are lovely but this was so disappointing I had to go up as she got order wrong for our visitor Very bad value for nearly 38 euros We normally go there and are usually very happy with food and service The manager should be more visible to make sure service and order are delivered properly and correct order and amount

Edenderry:I was sharing a pizza with my friend.They told my friend that u could not share a pizza. Treataned to call the police.

Usually I like Supermac's and have high expectations from them, but I went through the drivethru and firstly they tried to give us a completely wrong order, then when they finally got back with the right one it was missing a dip, missing the fries from the meal, and the worst part: one of the chicken tenders had some sort of foil or glitter (possibly makeup/nail polish) on it.... Disgusting and I've been sick the day after from what I ate before noticing. They also didn't include any napkins and the drink was leaky. Overall just terrible service this time around. Don't think I'll be back

Brought the family to carrik on shannon as a treat , ordered fish and chips, chicken burger meal and two children’s meals, received our food chicken burger became a cheese burger fish was just batter and grease and a very cheap haddock/cod substitute poor all round

Howdy, y'all! 🤠 Today, this Texan gal went on a foodie adventure to Supermac's in good ol' Ireland, and let me tell ya, it was like finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! 🌈🍟🍔

First off, let's talk about their Mighty Mac Burger. It's like a skyscraper of deliciousness, with juicy beef, melted cheese, crispy bacon, and all the fixin's. I took one bite, and I swear I saw fireworks! 🎆🍔✨

But wait, it gets even better! Supermac's has these things called Mozzarella Sticks. Imagine crispy, golden sticks of cheesy goodness that practically melt in your mouth. I mean, who needs a four-leaf clover when you've got Mozzarella Sticks this good? 🍀🧀😋

And let's not forget about the Mighty Mac's Chicken Tenders! They're like little pieces of heaven, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Dip 'em in some tangy BBQ sauce, and you'll be in flavor town, y'all! 🍗🤤🎉

Oh, and did I mention the Curly Fries? They're like regular fries, but better because they're curly! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and oh-so-addictive. I could eat these all day, every day! 🍟😍

And the best part? Supermac's has this thing called Garlic Cheese Fries. Imagine a mountain of curly fries smothered in garlic butter and melted cheese. It's like a taste of Ireland in every bite! 🍟🧀🇮🇪

So, in conclusion, Supermac's is the real deal, y'all. With their mouthwatering burgers, cheesy delights, and curly fries galore, it's the perfect taste of Ireland for this Texas gal. I'll definitely be coming back for more! 🍔🍟🇺🇸❤️

Terrible experience today. 20 minutes waiting in the drive through to order. When I placed my order I was asked to repeat it a second time even though it was quite simple. That would have been fine however when I got to the window my order wasn't in the system so I was sent to the waiting space. I specifically asked for ketchup and received absolutely none. I only ordered a portion of sausages, Fanta and a chocolate muffin with ice cream... hardly that complicated. Staff need extreme training.

Poor delivery, staff couldn’t speak English!!!!!🙄🙄🙄 My delivery went to Roscommon instead of Ballinasloe!!!!!🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 So cold burger and chips!!!!!😢😢😢

The food is dreadful I wouldn't eat here if it was the last place on earth I've heard horror stories about mice and rats ... Avoid.

Over priced muck, virtually inedible and I was starving. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Had to laugh at their DIY attempt at getting GAA association in April fools prank that went badly wrong. They got all their social media suspended... serves them right

Stopped by into the Supermacs in Mayfield/ Ballynagalliagh. Wait time was very quick- less than 5 mins, order was correct with no mistakes, the burger (cheddar and bacon) had plenty of bacon, cheddar cheese, etc and the bun was perfect and the texture was bang on (not dry or sloppy) and the seasoning for it was just perfect. The Fanta was just Fanta but that's the same with every other place. The best part was the taco fries. Great amount of flavour and sauce and the chips were nice and chunky. Would recommend stopping in if passing by it.

Cobh “restaurant”. Staff gave us the wrong pizza. Told us we would get another one. No apology. Pizza never turned up. My 11 year old went to the counter and was told there was no pizza as we had taken a bite from a slice. I went up and was told they would make one. No sign. Manager approached me aggressively and said the pepperoni was under the cheese. It wasn’t. He accused me of telling lies. I stood up to this bully and he begrudgingly made a pizza with about six pieces of pepperoni. My daughter was shaking and she is epileptic. Awful. As an aside, a staff manager was shouting at the manager, telling him to leave her alone. Do not bring children in here.

Ordered a 5oz burger meal, I think it was just under €12! Very, very underwhelmed, highly overpriced. The chips were nice for the couple I got. That’s an insane price for a crap burger. Think about it : you can buy a great strip loin steak for a fiver and cook in in five mins. I won’t ever buy from them again, it was rotten.

Their chips are pure utter cardboard. Stay away

Anytime I come here usually the service is quite good but this time the lady at the counter couldn’t half hear me then I was 3c short and she said I can’t get the meal unless I pay the 3c so I had to ask my friend for it .then my food came I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal with PLAIN chips but what comes out RAW CHICKEN and GARLIC AND CHEESE CHOPS WHICH I AM ALLERGIC
YO BUT THE MAN WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK AND I DONT EVEN THINK HE SPOKE ENGLISH THE HE THREW IT ON THE TABLE AND LEFT DISGRACED I WAS

Why are the toilets in all the supermacs restaurants disgustingly dirty?

Felt compelled to leave a review Uppn eating my meal in Supermacs Salthill Galway , the food was superb they have come along way the burger was perfect lovely crunchy lettuce tomatoes not too much sauce just perfect and the chicken breast was delightful , not dripping in grease in fact very little grease in the chicken the batter was done to perfection I am very happy on this Friday evening after my feed . So today I went to Supermac’s and it was a horrible experience. I wanted 25 minutes in the Supermac’s drive thru and the girl who gave us our food was running and was out of breath. Ridiculous it was, how can someone’s boss do that to a girl who looks 17. Also said that they aren’t serving milkshakes at the moment because the machine is broken but they’re serving ice cream???
