I worked at Supermac’s last year and the year before at the Cork Road Waterford outlet. The head manager consistently created a toxic environment by arguing with both customers and staff on a daily basis. Rosters were often issued last minute, basic maintenance issues like broken bathroom locks went unresolved, and breaks were effectively shortened by requiring staff to clock out before their food arrived. While the staff are hardworking and friendly, management’s lack of organisation and professionalism severely undermines the workplace. If Supermac’s wants to build a strong reputation, leadership like this must be addressed immediately. High staff turnover speaks volumes about the management standards.

Cold food at drive through. Just give up with them. No care or quality control. Burger was inedible. Every time, I think I have finally learned my lesson. No more of this rubbish for me.

Bro they didn’t give me all my food even though I said my order multiple times to them and when I came back to get it they won’t give me it. Plus they put some god damn curry sauce on the fries without letting people no, l place go to McDonald’s instead.

Make sure u check that you got all the food, they are very fond of leaving stuff off the order

The soft drinks from the drinks dispensers in the supermacs plaza outlets are watered down and tasteless - experienced this in Kinnegad, Loughrea and Tuam.

20 minutes to process my order: 3 chicken tender meal. They lost the order and then just an “apologies, enjoy!” Very disappointing Mulhuddart Maxil Station!

They can get better but not as bad as people say. Eat often there!

Rancid horrible load of shite . The quality has dropped below way beyond acceptable standard in the last frw years but it's to be expected with the imported staff . Never again

Great to see nice clean uniforms, hairnet properly worn, earrings covered with health blue plasters. Very busy, lovely food too at a reasonable price. Kill Circle K service station

I ordered from Daly’s Supermac Killarney the burgers were fine but I got a large chips what I got wouldn’t feed a child and the chips were not cooked they were hard I also got a large coke again a small size it’s a scam I always enjoyed Supermacs but I’d never again step foot inside the door!!! Paying big money for tiny portions

Very rude service, bathroom is a mess no toilet roll, floor dirty, discrimination against teenagers , told not allowed to sit even though we were waiting quietly for our friend

They used to have a lovely Belfast but not any more its gone down hill 😢.

Every single time I use the plaza in Tuam our order is always wrong. We are given wrong food or we just don’t get the food at all. It’s bad when you need to check your order before you leave. Tonight I ordered food and they “forgot” to put 2 wraps into the bag. When I asked for them I felt like I was stealing them from her.

Bought a bacon burger meal on my way home which is 12 km from the Supermacs I used in Ballindine.
There is no meat in the burger.
Absolutely flabbergasted. It wasn't even busy. 3 orders in the queue.

Following a visit to Supermacs Turvey last Friday - Staff, Service & Food was 2nd to none. Will be back👏👏👏👏👏👏

Food Took about 30 minutes. Ordered a snackbox.Not sure where the chicken came from but it was absolutely the worst I've ever eaten

I avoid fast food outlets due to bad experienced...from poor value for money, to cold tasteless food, to cold uninviting outlets!
Having disembarked from a flight at Dublin airport I chose to have a snack here before my commute.I was pleasantly surprised at the standard here compared to others. Pleasant effecient staff, tasty hot food ambience and cleanliness

Ordered a supermacks meal on Just eat
It was absolutely disgusting
Almost raw cold chips and the cheese on top was congealed
Never again a total waste

Disappointing, really depends on what Supermacs you visit. Look forward to it everytime we come home but 3 strikes and they're out for us now. Thurles branch, dry overpriced chicken, no sauce on the garlic fries with cheese, undercooked chips. Waste of money, missing items on last order and still not been sorted.
