I ordered a custom key-chain that was supposed to have my boyfriend and I anniversary on it. They key-chain came with the wrong date, and I immediately contacted them. The item was a gift for valentines day to my boyfriend. I ordered item a month before I needed it so that I could ensure it would arrive on time. They did not respond and it was hard for me to contact them via social media. They have their comments disabled on the various social media platforms, especially Instagram-no doubt because of complaints they surely get for quality and customer service. I attempted to contact them again with full information over the next week and they finally sent an email asking me to give them the same details of the order I had given them. This was the last correspondence I got from them since. I ended up filing a claim against them with paypal (thank god I paid using them-I ALWAYS recommend that people pay with paypal, especially if they are not familiar with a business). After about a month of my initial claim, paypal responded that they could not get in contact with superlative trends and refunded me my money. I hope that they get so many complaints against superlative trends that paypal eventually stops doing business with them and they will finally get their company together. Wish I could give 0 stars, but that isn't an option

Total waste of money I’ve emailed 4 times in which 2 of them I sent my tracking number over and they still proceeded to ask me for my tracking number! Ridiculous! Told them would like to cancel my order and they responded by saying my 1 hour period has finished when they took 3 days to respond to my email!! Ordered in January and my keychain still has not arrived! Definitely would

Don’t buy from here. I tried to track my order and it said it was “delivered to your address” but I never got anything. No return of my money or anything.

It’s a bad company
I ordered a keychain last month and I haven’t heard a response for them
It’s the worst company. On its page says that’s they roll deliver the things in 3 days , obviously thing they didn’t do
You can’t track your order because it doesn’t exist!
I recommend not waste any money in this brand , you should buy to another that give you a true warrantee.
Another thing is that they don’t give you your money back , so don’t trust in that

I should have checked the review before buying that keychain. As i am stuck with my item to be delivered and i mail them for like 20x there is no respond. DEAR BUYER CHECK THE REVIEW BEFORE BUY THE ITEM. It is a scam.

Simply didn’t receive my order or any items at all, sent 4 emails enquiring about the status of it and got no reply, bought it through an ad on social media and will be sure to do more research before I do that again.. lesson learned

Very very bad service! You will not receive the corect order. The customer support doesn’t work 24/7 as it written on the website, there is also no “Money back Guarantee “.
They will say that you ordered what you received even if it is not, and start to ignore your emails !
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE ! they only want your money !

Something has to be done with this terrible company they shouldn’t be able to get away with this they are big time scammers so disappointed I hope someone can do something so they don’t take peoples money without sending what we have paid for

I sure wish I had checked this website first BEFORE jumping on this social media advertising this personalized calendar keychain... And now I'm glad that I only ordered one -- I was going to originally order multiple. Not a single email response and of course, no phone number. I should have known better -- I truly should have known better! Please take each of these 1-star warnings as legitimate!... I was just their latest victim!

I saw something interesting on the website and got excited and placed an order 3 weeks ago. Then I realized I should've searched a bit before buying anything from them and googling the name you understand this website is a scam. So I emailed them 10 minutes after that I need to cancel my order. I received an email 2 days after that they can only cancel orders in the first hour!! I was like dude I emailed you right away, now I have to pay for your poor customer service for responding me 2 days after??!!!... anyways I was hoping to get my order for valentines day as it was stated on my order that the delivery time is 3 days packaging + 7-10 business days delivery!!! I did not receive anything up to another 2 weeks and there is no tracking provided! I emailed again which they provided me with a tracking number and now it is telling me that I have to wait for another 2 weeks for my shipment to be delivered! and valentines day is going to be long gone by then!!!
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND MOOD AND DO NOT NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM THIES THIEVES!!

I ve ordered stuff last week...
i hadnt receive any email where they confirmed that things have been sent, so i ve written them different email in different days but no answers..

Bought a whole ton of products from them that I was happy with, but my third item I bought had the wrong letter on it which was a bracelet. Emailed them about 20 times before giving up on what I thought was a great company. Disputed it with my bank and boycotting them.

It's scam. Ordered one calendar keychain and there's no communication with the business.

Straight up scam! They don't deliver what they promise and dont reply to their emails. They just steal your money. If you got scammed as well report them to the FTC (Federal Trade Comission)
And report them on Facebook and Instagram
Let's get them shut down!

Also decline the charge on your credit card

Scammers, horrible experience

They are scammers. Say 24/7 customer support but they totally ignore your emails. Stay away from them ... I lost USD$24 because of them.

It has been over 40 days since my order was placed and it still hasn't been delivered
