Perfect fit and look

Shoes are beautiful!

My boots were delivered in good time. I was surprised with how quickly they arrived. They were well packaged and secure.

Beautiful boots, will be ordering more.

The delivery and presentation were good. The product is beautiful and well-crafted. The sizing is a bit off, so I will be exchanging for a half size bigger. I believe the width will stretch as it's leather, but the length will remain the same.

I love the heels that I bought. All 3 of them are made very well & are so stylish & pretty. I have challenging feet to fit in shoes well. I have long skinny toes with a regular size 8½ shoe & have uncomfortable bunions with also a skinny foot & ankle. I ordered the appropriate length size according to their size chart. After receiving them, I tried them on and the lengths were good but not skinny enough to fit around the top of the toes in foot & ankle. I wanted to return them to exchange them in a size smaller and was offered to send them back and they would exchange them, OR I could pass them off to a friend or donate them and they will charge me $70 to keep them and send me the right size. Each pair of my shoes for between $70 & $90. That seemed reasonable to me. It's your choice of how you want to handle the return or exchange. Customer service was right there every time I e-mailed them. I will buy from Super Lady Star again & have already recommended them to others. It only took about 2 weeks for delivery&no more than that.

The boots arrived packaged up fairly nicely. They were not damaged in any way and had plastic foam on the inside for them not to collapse. I was surprised that they were not in a box to give added structural protection. I iced them and I am wearing them for a lovely concert with friends. I can’t wait.

I have about ten pairs of LadyStar shoes. Each one is a work of craftsmanship and besuty.

Was a little apprehensive as I’d only seen the company advertised on facebook and knew nothing about them, 2 weeks after ordering my boots hadn’t been despatched so contacted customer service who were quick to reply, my address hadn’t been entered correctly and once that was fixed my parcel was despatched next day and arrived about a week later. I’m impressed with the boots they look exactly like the picture, fit perfectly and seem to be comfortable although I am yet to wear them out but overall I am pleased and will order from this company again

The boots arrived quickly and were even better than I expected! For the record, I asked everyone to tell me not to buy them, because I have a little bit of a shoe problem. My fiance, who usually is pretty good at taming my obsession said "those are not needed or wanted, they are deserved and too perfect for you". I absolutely love them, especially now that I loosened up the leather. They are PERFECT!

The boots are a perfect fit and very comfortable. The quality of the paint and design is exquisite.

I have not received the boots paid for on August 2nd. It has cost me €133.95 and they have not even responded to my enquiries or telephone calls.
UPDATE!! Their Customer Services Team have now responded to my complaint and have assured me they will be dealing with my order. They advised me that as the boots will be handmade it takes longer to produce them and have them quality checked.
I feel more reassured I will actually receive them.
I will update this review when I do.

This company and its products are of a very high quality with very reasonable prices.
They are comfortable and are stunning. I receive many compliments about them. I have purchased a number of pairs and never been disappointed.

Beautiful sandal very unique and people have been very complementary. Comfortable as far as high heeled sandals go I’m 71 and doing great.

Delivery and purchase – everything was very good. The only issue is that the bag has a very strong smell, and I can’t get rid of it
