Beautiful items at a reasonable price

To big and no sparkle. Returned and lost $12.00 shipping. Very disappointed.

I have been a customer of Superjewler for many years ,I always enjoy looking at their jewelry whether I am looking to buy or just window shopping. The jewelry I have purchased is always just as described and is even more beautiful than the pictures shown , I have never been disappointed . Their customer service is top of the line ,always available with knowledgeable staff who are friendly and answers any questions you may have promptly and politely. I highly recommend Superjewler to anyone looking to buy online ,you can do so knowing your in good hands .

Superjeweler told me that I had purchased real diamonds and solid gold at a discount price. Then I was short on funds so I took all of the jewelry that I had purchased from superjeweler to the pawn shop. The cashier at the pawn shop tested everything that I had brought there and told me that it was all costume jewelry so there was no way that he would be able to purchase anything that I had brought there. I only want to say that if you plan on purchasing anything from this website please make sure that what you purchase is real and not costume jewelry.

I placed an order 9/19/25 for ear rings. Never received them. And customer service is horrible. Lady told me she has to check with her production crew and would call me back. If I can get a refund that would suffice. I bought the ear rings for my grand daughters and they are not happy campers.

I am so very disappointed with my purchase and the response from the company. Bought 2 bracelets emailed twice to let them know I need to return them as they are ugly, very poor construction and will not latch but nothing. No response from them at all. I have purchased items from them before but will never buy from them again

Terrible experience! Order placed in July, never came beware!

Long story short, I placed an order back in July, and it never came. Every month I would call and see where it is and every month I was told it was on back order, would be here the following month. Finally gave up in October.

Please be aware, if you order a piece of jewelry that’s popular and is natural diamonds, you’ll be waiting for forever. The manager said their stuff is shipped in from China, and the necklace was on back order there.

If only I could put zero stars.
Even though this company advertises as shipping to UK with taxes and duty paid on orders over a certain amount do not believe it. Placed £1000 in June took months to get delivery which went to post office HQ when finally managed to work out it was due to a customs charge. Contacted the company about 15 times via email phone and live chat they finally agreed to pay the jewellery had been returned so now I am still waiting on my money being refunded.nightmare correspondence

I ordered a necklace over 3 months ago, emailed you twice two months ago and then canceled my order with a rep online. Yesterday the "diamond necklace" came in the mail' the worst junk I ever saw. No diamonds at all, just a silver colored heavy chain. I need to return this thing I cancelled 2 months ago and still received. Please contact me; I called you ands told you get back to customers within 24 hours and no one has called.

hi I like my new earrings. I was hoping the setting would make them look larger and it didn’t.

I like the earrings, but they’re not the same earrings that you show in the picture. These look a little cheaper like the stems not as much gold. The other ones in the picture look more expensive better looking not cheap.

Not really happy with the bracelet or the pendant the engraving is really small it's not attached very good to the bracelet I had to close the hoop with a pair of Jewelers needle nose I think I might be sending it back.
