Luxabelle extensions no! Superior hair Yes!
I purchased Luxabelle extensions and they weren’t great quality so I then came to Superior hair and purchased their tape ins and let me tell you, wow the difference in quality of the hair is crazy! Very happy with my purchase. There isn’t a fake shine to the hair so they blend so well and look like my hair!

I recieved my hair extensions and I had ordered the wrong length, with no issues at all they were exchanged for the longer length, communication throughout the process was amazing and nothing was an issue. I was hired and asked to start…
I was hired and asked to start immediately, so I joined the scheduled meeting early and attended the training session as required.
Shortly after the session, my contract was unexpectedly terminated, with the stated reason being that I raised salary concerns — which I did not.
To be clear, I did not disclose or misrepresent any agreed rate. I simply mentioned that I had previously clarified with HR during the interview that I had submitted a USD rate, as I am typically paid in USD rather than AUD. This was a clarification only, not a disclosure of any confidential or sensitive information.
I also raised my concern directly to the team lead/trainer, but instead of receiving any response or clarification, I was immediately removed from the group chat.
What is most concerning is the lack of basic professional communication. I was allowed to complete the training and participate fully, only to be terminated immediately afterward via email without any prior discussion, clarification, or opportunity to explain.
For context, I am a top-rated freelancer on Upwork and have also been featured on OnlineJobs.ph as a Dispute Manager. Based on my experience, this reflects poor handling of communication and an unprofessional approach to resolving internal concerns.

Their extensions are a must have!
I purchased a set of extensions for my bridal trial. I had my trial booked and forgot to purchase the extensions well before so it was a last minute purchase in hopes they would arrive in time, Superior Hair did not disappoint! They literally processed the order, got it sent out and delivered within 2 business days, damn i was impressed. Then to top it off, the quality is insane, my hairstylist would not stop going on about how incredible the extensions were, whilst doing my hair. You will not regret purchasing from this company, their extensions are a must have!
