Plants infects with Fungus Gnats!! and they don't answer emails

Purchased a few (overpriced) plants from this shop and had a terrible experience:
- First they sent an email (after a week) on a Saturday that the plants will be delivered on Sunday (the next day) between 10 and 15:00 without any prior notice on the date and time so I had to change my plans and wait for them on Sunday as they ignored my email to change the delivery time
- Second one of the plants I got (Ficus Lyrata) was full of Fungus Gnats and the insects spread to my other plants and I had to get rid of it. They also ignored my email when I reach out to inform them about the problem and ask for help.
Better to stay away :)
