It is cheap product coming directly from China. They tell you that the return is fine within 30 days but forget to tell you that they are located in totally another country. It is almost the price of the item to return this to another country!! They know this and that is why they say refundable within 30 days .Please order something form your own country of resident so you don;t have to spend all the money to rerun such a crappy item
