I placed an order on November 17th. I was sent a shipment notice three days later. It's been over a month and I have not received the shoes. They were supposed to be a Christmas gift for our neice. The tracking info shows the label was created but the carrier still has not received the package. I was definitely charged the day of purchase for these shoes I may never receive...
I visited the Kings Rd Superga in London, and since spoke to them by phone to purchase a product. I dealt both times with Giovanni, who was incredible. His knowledge of the products was fantastic, and he went out of his way to help me. Customer service like this is virtually extinct these days. Well done Giovanni. I would certainly shop here again.
Wow, wish I had read these reviews before ordering from these scam artists.
I have found to my detriment that it is impossible to exchange the shoes for a smaller size. I have worn a 38 my entire adult life but found them too big and just wanted to get a smaller size. Well, it would have been easier to fly to the moon.
Stay away, plenty of other shops to buy from.
Once again superga usa tried to scam me. I order online womans sneakers size 7 or 37.5 EU. They sent 39.5. They send what they have available. They have sent damaged sneakers and wrong size so often too many people. Complaints must be sent to consumer affairs.
I ordered a pair of sneakers blue multi (order #268608) size 8.5 and they are huge. Completely unwearable. I found this out when another pair I ordered from elsewhere came and were very wrong in sizing. I asked Superego for an exchange for a 7.5 which they have in stock and since the original pair was not shipped yet, I thought I would get an exchange. I tried to exchange on the site and it said "FINAL SALE.' Will I lose over $50??? I don't want a refund; I want an exchange of size. I think this is a poor policy when their sizing is off by a size or two. How was I to know that? Very poor customer service; the answers must be computer generated generic answers because they did not address my issue. They gave me the website for return/exchange which of course did not work.
Are there any people working for Superga or just
robots? Susan Mannion
Made an order on August 3 and still haven't received any update on my item. Every time I check, it just says the order has been placed. **BUT MY CREDIT CARD HAS ALREADY BEEN CHARGED.** In my experience with online shopping, there is a hold when you make the order, but you are only actually charged after your order has shipped. I've reached out to customer service multiple times, but each time they just give a generic answer about delays and are unable to provide any sort of estimate.
I know Nordstrom and DSW both carry Superga. If you really want these shoes, DO NOT BUY FROM THE WEBSITE.
UPDATE: It is now November 11th. The only time I ever hear anything from the company is when I reach out first. They have made no attempt to contact their customers regarding shipping delays. I still have not received my shoes. This is pathetic.
I too have been on hold for almost an hour. My attempt to chat did not go any better. But They took my money right away…. They sell inner soles. They say their sneakers can be worn with inner soles or orthotics yet the soles are glued in and cannot be replaced. It seems impossible to reach customer service. I have a bunch of their sneakers. I’m done with them now.
Since this seems to be the way customer previously got their attention…my order number is 205581.
Update….finally got an email from Jeremy. I asked about inserts. He said they didn’t sell them. I sent a screen shot of them on their website and told him he actually did sell them and asked how they can be used since the shoe innersoles seemed unremovable. His answer….you put them in the shoe. I do not want to do business with a company that has so little regard or respect for its customers
Not sure why trust pilot has this in the UK site. The order and review of the shockingly horrid customer service is USA.
3 weeks and I have not received my order with no shipment updates. Good product. Horrible service. And the shipment is not free.
Superga-usa keeps sending me the wrong shoes. The only thing they get right is the size. This has happened three times. I forgave the first two, now it is time to write reviews. You cannot trust Superga to send you the correct shoe if you order them from their website.
