The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
They have always made me feel welcome. The chap David is always happy to greet his customer's.
The shop is very clean and modern. It has never been the sort of fume filled grotty place, that some shops can be.
They have a large display of products and prices are competitive. Aftercare is 100% brilliant. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Delivery was a day out but other than that the product I received is in good condition & out of all the packs of cartridges I've purchased from actual shops for my vape device, not one multi pack contained cartridges that were all working, in comparison these r much better quality although they seem to b from the exact same manufacturer, strange but equally true.

Normally a fantastic service. But on this occasion I paid an extra £5 to have next day delivery before 1pm. They did not arrive until a day later when I wasn’t home. A card was pushed through the letterbox which meant I had to collect them the following day. I should have just gone for normal delivery and save my money.
