Supercontrol - An Excellent Resource For All Your Holiday Accommodation Bookings

We have used Supercontrol as our database for all bookings for our self-catering holiday lodge from 2011 to 2025. It has been an excellent resource for managing our guest bookings and payment receipts - and for organising our lettings calendar. This has been particularly important for us as we have advertised on and received bookings from a variety of advertising platforms (e.g. VRBO, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, VisitScotland and, of course, direct bookings through the Supercontrol system itself). Supercontrol brings all our vacation rental information neatly together into one combined database. It has worked extremely well for us over 15 booking seasons. Best of all, the support staff have always been very helpful and responsive when required, which makes all the difference when the technology is beyond the knowledge and understanding of a mere holiday accommodation provider!

Definitely improves the running of our business!

Our business started with Supercontrol over a year ago and it has made our business run a lot smoother. Having all your bookings in one place is so much easier to manage. Getting direct bookings and not paying huge service fees is also a good feeling. The staff are very helpful and my onboarding with Shona was so smooth and enjoyable!! I learned so much from her about the system because of her expertise and patient manner. We would recommend Supercontrol to any accommodation business.

A great recovery...

OK update February 2026 - i am very happy with SuperControl, yes my previous review was scathing, but they have since been extremely helpful so i have and will continue to use them....in particular i have to thank Samantha for all her help and support 👍

I have been with them since 2009, mainly out of laziness, but their pricing is now just way out of line with other suppliers, so after 16 years i have ditched them, i did offer them the opportunity to retain my business with a 10% discount off the annual renewal of £640 but they were not interested....its a recurrent theme i am afraid, no interest in customers just the borrom line, which of course explains a lot..

Supercontrol have been fantastic from the day I opened my business in 2015

Supercontrol have been fantastic from joining in 2015. I cannot fault the service I have received. In the early days from setting up, any issues I had in setting up were solved immediately.
Unfortunately, I have had to close my business for personal reasons and the leaving process was smooth, easy and supportive.
Thank you for the fantastic service and support over the years.

Great system and great staff!

The System is very easy to use, most of what I set up I didn't need to use the how to guide cause it's very user friendly and Bradley has been an absolute angel, sweetest and most helpful staff ever! So far I am very happy with my experience.

Fantastic product

Support is rubbish

Support is rubbish. The software, when operational is great but don’t let them tell you there is a support team because they rarely answer the phone and when they do it’s just not helpful!

An Essential Investment if You''re Serious About Holiday Cottage Management.

I contacted support by phone and quickly got through to someone who could assist me with a technical issue. They asked for some further information, and by the following day, I was able to fix the problem (which was my fault - not the software's). I've managed a holiday cottage website advertising around 1500 holiday cottages; I've come across probably all the holiday cottage software for online bookings, and, while it is not the cheapest, it is definitely the best and well worth the extra money, partly because it offers excellent back-up and support while its accounting functions, provide a great database for enquirers and guests as well saving me a time and money when it comes to paying accountancy fees. Thank you

Booking Platform Excellence

I have been using Supercontrol since…

I have been using Supercontrol since 2009 and can honestly say that using this system has saved me so much time and made me much more money than if I was not using it. The integrations with Beyond Pricing and Touch Stay have been particularly useful and the license fee is good value when compared to other systems. The charge for bookings that come through the large OTA's is an incentive to get more direct bookings! All in all very happy

I have just completed onboarding with SuperControl and my onboarding specialist Shona Crowshaw was outstanding - helpful, patient, clear, very proactive in anticipating things that would help me, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommended

I have used Supercontrol for nearly a decade, firstly as a client and for the last six years as part of my work offering business support to self catering businesses. The system is vast and complex but you can pick and choose how much you use and what you want to know. I continue to be impressed by new functions I find that in some way make running the business easier. I have recommended Supercontrol to a number of clients who now happily use it and will continue to do so, as in my opinion it is by far the best of its kind.
