One heck of a bad experience

I i’ve taken these gummy‘s for two years that I have been buying from a cigarette shop. I could no longer get them from the shop so I bought them from your website. I have not opened my container. I bought two packages and gave my son one to try to help him sleep because they’re so good for me sleeping. He is 29 years old and he took one. And within 30 minutes he was on a total trip that lasted for multiple hours paranoia thinking he was dead thinking he was gonna die heart pounding out of his chest profuse shaking all over and totally out of control, hallucinating and many other symptoms. I had to take him to the emergency room and he was there for hours had to be put on Ativan and had to be put on Zofran from violent projectile vomiting. He was having anxiety for at least up to two days afterwards I was very disappointed in this as this has been a very good product for me from the past when I have bought them from the cigarette shop, I will never buy this product again, and I have thrown away a lot of money in the containers I bought.

Taking 13 days to recieve my order????

Had places order on 1/23 and it was not fulfilled until 1/29. I don't understand why it took so long to get fulfilled? As a repeat customer I feel that there should be more urgency to fulfilled and keep my business. Order Date 1/23 and expected delivery date 2/5. It will take 13 days for me to recieve my order. This needs to be looked at and get rectified!

The photos don’t show the actual items.

The photos showed a clear liquid and unfortunately I received a yellow thick oil or something. It taste horrible and made me puke.. they ignored my emails for a return/refund. horrible first time experience with this site and I don’t plan on coming back.

The website is terrible

The website is terrible. You have to get the mouse exactly right to check out, then scroll all the way down. I have tried multiple times to 'subscribe and save' and it never works. Also, I ordered over a week ago and I still haven't received a notice that my order has been shipped. The products from Super Chill are good, but the shopping experience is not.
