Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service

I HAVE MADE 2 ORDERS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED EITHER

1 literally disappeared after payment.
The other, the store didn’t finish writing the address so now it’s being returned. I have tried reaching customer support 10+ times but no answer, no email back, no call back. Now I’m out $200

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. They take your money then if something goes wrong do not help you or even speak to you. My package got lost and they have done absolutely nothing to help. If you see them trying to reply to this review saying they have assisted it's all lies and I have full proof. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

You guys messed up two of my order…

You guys messed up two of my order first 400 went missing n I can’t get a refund cuz the address was incorrect so it was send to the sender n I had protection on it n wasn’t compensated, I also got another package on the way n the same thing is happing another $400 worth or items are probably not going to be delivered cause the address is wrong.
