Bad Business Practice
The platform could be great but they have failed in some very basic ways the platform works and teh business measures.
They failed to retake a direct debit for £150 and then did not contact us at all...I have an idea why not contact us on, oh i don't know...Your platform!!!
They have now sent us a solicitors letter demanding 319euros!!! And we are still with them!!!
I will be posting all about the platform in the next few days

To clarify: when the direct debit attempt for £150 failed, our system followed the standard process, which includes automatic reminders and notifications. We're sorry if these didn’t reach you or weren’t clear enough — we’ll look into how this can be improved.
Regarding the solicitor's letter — we understand that this feels abrupt, especially as you're still an active customer. Please know that involving a collection agency is never our first step, and we’re very willing to discuss a fair and constructive resolution directly with you.

Not straightforward- Opaque Hidden Costs
Superchat is not clear or straightforward in their pricing policies. They lure you in with a "free trial" then terminate this before you get to use it to try out their software with any meaningful analytics until you pay for their subscription for a year. If this wasn't bad enough when we signed up, they then told us that we had to spen a further 50% of the monthly subscription in order to send messages. This was all post signing contract. Absolute scum bags.

To clarify: the trial includes limited access by design, but we absolutely take your point that more clarity upfront around analytics access and additional messaging costs would have helped avoid frustration. Regarding the messaging budget — this is a standard part of our pricing model, which is explained during onboarding and in our terms, but we understand that post-signup surprises are never a good experience.

Michael Lovas and SuperChat: A Scam to Avoid
I had an extremely disappointing experience with SuperChat. This company refuses to refund us, despite our clear dissatisfaction with their service. We don't want to use their service anymore, yet they are holding our money hostage.
A particular individual, Michael Lovas, is especially unscrupulous. He doesn't honor his promises and will do anything to sell you their service. Beware of his tactics and avoid this company at all costs. SuperChat is a scam, and their customer service is abysmal. Save your time and money and look elsewhere!

About Superchat
Superchat is an official partner with Meta, so it's really convenient for your WhatsApp templates to be approved quickly. You can also automate your dialogs, assign multiple people to one conversation, and customize a live webchat widget for different languages. And the support team is nice and fast!
There are, however, some features that need to be improved, like the process of an automation or search engine for sent messages. I hope they will develop the product further
