I was helped by Danielle in the sales team and Luke in the show room through the process of purchasing
My new bike. They were both very helpful and patient with me since I’m a techno dinosaur.They were both polite and are a credit to your company

I’ve gotta say I’m pleasantly surprised the bike came and it’s in really good condition and I got it at a good price so I’m really pleased and Clare my sales person was straight and honest so can’t ask for no better .

We arrived at the showroom the previous day to look around and I decided on a bike that I would like to purchase, but went home just to be sure it's what I was after. We returned on the Sunday 21st Dec and I was looking around the bike but it was a bit awkward to walk around and sit in it and a salesperson saw me and asked if I was ok and I told him (Phil Cottrell) that I was very interested in the bike so he pulled the bike out for me and said if I needed anything just to call him over. I liked that he left me alone with no pressure to have a good look around the bike. I got his attention and said I would like to purchase the bike so he came back with the bike keys and explained what certain things in the bike were for. I did ask about the seat being I little high so he lowered the seat for me. It was by far the best experience I have ever had when buying a bike. Paperwork for the bike was sorted and a deal struck,couldn't be happier Well done Phil .

Luke has been a great help through out the process and even answered all my questions no madder how tedious they might of been.

From finding the bike to deliver to my place was spot on quick and easy .
However once I received it . battery was faulty also a fuel leak . no hand over paper work saying what was checked and by who .
I have left phone msgs emails over 4 days with no one responding to me ? After service is nil !!!

I would happily recommend someone for a bike from here as the team are great with customer service (Luke c and Chris from finance). They made me feel welcome and there wasn’t any back chat or rudeness just straight professional.
Thank you lads can’t wait to meet you guys when I come to collect.

Good people. I always get anxiety when making phone calls especially financial ones but the people here put me at ease and I had a laugh with them on the phone. The documents fee is kinda pricey but so far everything is going smoothly.

Buying my 1st big bike, an exciting time made completely stress free.
Clare Hussey was a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend!
Will be back to SBF down the road i am sure!
