Needed a particular tile. Floor & Decor wanted $200 to ship to my local store. Arbor had the exact tile I needed, lower price, and only $49 shipping. Glad I found them.

Super Arbor Communication and Ethics very Questionable...

I chose this company because I needed this item for my auto design firm. I purchased one of these items that was instock in Nov 2025. I paid and my order sat in their books for 3 months. when i contacted them Super Arbor said they would contact me when i was ready to ship. Today, I enquired again only for the chat dude to tell me in was no longer in stock and my order was taken off their books...So if you are looking to stock your business ...do not waste your time with this lethargic company ...there are more authentic companies that would LOVE your business.

Waste of time, phishing company

I ordered 2 boxes of flooring to finish a project and after 16 business days then an email then a follow up email 5 business days later, I'm told they can't fulfill my order. Waited almost an entire month for nothing, complete waste of time. Seems like they are just phishing for information. How can you put a product you don't have and don't own up for sale? Not to mention they don't know how to make proper listings for their "products". Probably just want names and numbers to sell your information. Not to mention they say you can "skip the 1-14 business day waiting period if you give us your companies information". Do not use this site, don't purchasr anything from them.

This company is a sham

This company is a sham. They are an internet store front. Do not waste your time with their 14 day fulfillment promise. It will never happen. Email after email and text after text of lies. They just want an immediate 5 star rating and have no intention of delivering an order. IT IS A SCAM. DONT BUY FROM SUPER ARBOR

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Placed an order and received no tracking, nor could I connect with anyone over the phone. It's all AI responses on the phone and email. Trash company, will never place an order with them again.

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. No humans, call or email before you order and just try to talk to a real person. They jacked me around for 5 months and the whole time a human never spoke to me, emailed, or answered the phone. This is a scam RUN FROM SUPER ARBOR!

Extremely disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointing experience.
I waited over a month after placing my order and never received the item. During this time, the company sent multiple emails with vague explanations about how they operate and how I should pay, including requests for financial information — yet they provided no guarantee of delivery.
They even sent a message claiming “Order delivered”, which was completely false. At no point was I able to get a clear or verifiable order status. The entire process was confusing, unprofessional, and raised serious concerns about legitimacy.
I have cancelled my order. Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend doing business with this company.

TERRIBLE!!

TERRIBLE!!! They have 14 business days to review & process order. I waited for over a month and still did not get the order. This “wait time” inhibited me from buying the materials I need from somewhere else in the fear this order works be placed & id have double the materials o need… REDICULOUS!!!

TERRIBLE!

TERRIBLE!

Tried to cancel an order same day, sent an email, no reply. Sent a 2nd email the following day, no reply. Sent a 3rd the next day, no reply.

Tried their chat bot dueing business hours, said they won't be available for 2 hrs????

I question the legitimacy of this company. They have zero customer service.

If I am charged and receive the part I will be refuting with my CC company.

Joke of an online "store"

Joke of an online "store". I ordered 2 prehung doors, a couple months apart, and it was crickets for MONTHS. I asked once, as I ordered the 2nd door, about the status of my first order and they were "searching for a way to fullfil the order". Months later, asking about both orders now..."we can't fulfill either order, they were cancelled.

Thank God I didn't need the orders in any kind of timeframe. Also, when were the orders cancelled? How/would I have ever found this out about the cancellation without inquiry?

This company is a little hard to trust

This company is a little hard to trust. After I placed an order they for hardwood flooring worth $13,693.38 they got back to me when order was processed and "ready to ship" with invoice for $13,693.38 which I immediately paid for and 10 minutes later I received another email with a new invoice (with very different invoice number) and for $15,782.29 and a few minute after that I received a call from them that I need to pay the other invoice, because the right amount for the order is the higher price. And that after confirming with vendor, they need to charge the $2,000 more for the order. When I tried calling them, that's another story, in short, it is mission impossible to get hold on somebody in the company. After hearing many questions and answering all the questions to AI, it says "now I transfer your call" and then drop. I spent a lot of time just to get through to someone. Please be careful, I cancelled the order through email and through phone and called my credit card to let them know that if this company does not return payment, we will dispute the charge on CC.

DO NOT ORDER
I order a belt sander in December. The email I received said that it would take up to 14 days to process. Tomorrow will be exactly 4 week and when I called the automated system it said it was still pending. Them money has already left the bank! I tried to "cancel" the order to see if I would get my money back and was told that I would receive an email in 1-2 days. I'll let you know if they email me...

Horrible service "DON'T BUY"

Advertisement is deceptive... 15% off coupon turns out to be "up to 15%" ... 10% off turns out to be up to 10% off... actually it turns out to be 5% off...
Give review and get free shipping... turns out you are entered into contest for free shipping.
Everything is deceptive.
We canceled out order... then told they would get back to us in 10 to 14 days.

No response and then the order canceled after a full month of waiting

Unfortunately, I read a lot of good reviews, so I gave Super Arbor a shot.
I found an item that someone wanted for a gift and was so excited.
I waited a full month with no response. After the listed amount of business days when you should get a response from their website, I reached out, and was simply told, that there was no update and that no one could help.
An additional two weeks later, I attempted to reach out again and was simply told that 'Due to things out of their control, the item could no longer be purchased and the order was being canceled'.
I see that the item is still showing as available on their website, however, so this same thing can continue to happen.
This was meant to be a gift for someone, so this was not only a huge disappointment, but the length of time and lack of help made it extra frustrating on top of that.
I can't say I would ever recommend using this company based off of their lack of communication and ability to support their customers.

Beware of additional shipping

Ordered 57 pieces of tile for a backsplash. Was charged $100 for shipping then contacted two days later to say they need another $299 in shipping to fulfill the order. I asked to cancel because I didn’t want to pay $7/piece to ship backsplash. Several hours later and I haven’t been refunded.

Scam

Scam. I was scammed by this phony business. They asked me for a review when I placed my order, at the time everything was going smoothly. After that they told me my order was going thru a REVIEW process that takes up to fourteen business days. Well..after I waited fourteen business days I started noticing false charges on my credit card. Stay away from these scammers
