Excellent. Very professional, Covid friendly and an amazing service from beginning to end with a personal touch. Highly recommended.

I found dealing with the company just a little trying; we wanted to do it on Friday, they wanted Sunday; we wanted this time, they wanted that, etc. We relented, because we'd moved early so had the time, otherwise we'd have likely gone with someone else, to be honest. And the only reason we'd gotten a quote from this company to begin with was because their link was somewhere amongst the removals company information, and THEY (removals) are amazing. We really did not want to pay £250 for a small one-bed flat that wasn't cleaned before we moved into it (especially when it's advertised as ''from £129'' -- it ends up as double, ffs), but he definitely has a way of talking you into it. He's a nice enough fellow, though, but I've just sent them an email asking for the link to review them -- they'd sent a text message weeks ago asking me to, but I couldn't get it to work on mobile and our Sky didn't get hooked up until recently. Then I had to do a factory reset on my mobile, so lost all texts and therefore the link. I got just a ''if you need cleaning, please call this number'' in return. So, hopefully this is the right company, because there were two or three different names during the process. I'd rate the company themselves 3.5-4/5 stars, but the two fellows and one lady they'd sent out for the cleaning itself were bloody fantastic and did a tremendous job. I wish I'd caught their names for specific praise (I believe they were perhaps from Poland; we're from Canada, so I could be mistaken in the accent), but we were trying to get the garden spruced up at the same time; so they were in, we were out, ha. They took one short break in the middle, and were almost apologetic! We didn't care; it was pre-agreed (the price) and we had been taking one ourselves (several, in fact, haha, it was very hot that day). So, the cleaning crew gets a definite FIVE stars. We just found out yesterday that we're getting the full deposit back, so clearly Countrywide and Bairstow Eves were impressed, too; it was far more than they deserve, the place was horrible and mouldy when we moved in -- if it looked as good as these lovely people left it, I'd have been happier in that flat. Well done, cleaning crew. :-)

Been in touch with Supaclean.co.uk for end of tenancy cleaning and carpet cleaning, my email was answered within 5 minutes, I called for some clarifications, the guy on the phone politely and professionally answered all questions, they have given me discount too for being their customer, job was booked, I paid the deposit, payment confirmation and my invoice followed

On the day, their staff informed me 30 minutes before arrival and also before completion, I checked the worked and paid the balance, job was very well done

I got my full deposit back same as 2 years ago when I used them in the past.

This company were recommended to me by a friend. I found them very friendly & professional! I rang on the morning, 2 hours later they were here cleaning my sofa, carpet and rug. I was asked to pay a 50 pound deposit for cleaning my house which I did after the the person on the phone agreed the date and time. At no point of time did he mention that they are fully booked or busy when accepting the deposit..once the deposit went through..thats when the hassle started. He kept on saying that he wouldnt be able to do it at the discussed date and time and forcing me to agree to the times he specified even after letting him know that i wouldnt be available..then after much hassle I cancelled my plans to schedule according to his convenience and agreed on another time convenient to him..then on the day he texted me saying he wouldnt be able to come until after 1 and a half hr later stating bad weather and being too dangerous to drive when i myself was driving for a good part of the day just to be there for him to arrive..there was only light rain,typical yorkshire weather and he too is based in yorkshire.and when i asked the same..he refused to even refund my money..now i lost the deposit and had to go through a lot of stress to find another cleaner to spend another 250 and my plans of house warming have gone haywire..very rude folks..never recommend anyone

I was in dire need of my front room, 2 landings and stairs carpet as i have 3 young kids and a pets. My friend has suggested me their service whilst they were doing a job in her property

They turned up after her job and made my carpets speechlessly beautiful as 5 years ago when they were brand new!

This Asian Man was very polite, honest and friendly!

Called this company on Monday bank holiday. They accepted to clean my carpets within 2 hours as I asked in Bradford.

2 pets and a 3 years old, working mum, birthday party has made my carpets look terribly bad.

Now my carpets smell so fresh and look like brand new.

Conclusion:
Good people, great prices, quick turnaround time, speechlessly amazing service.

Terrible service
Firstly the carpet machine broke and spilled gallons of dirty water deep into my dining room carpet, then the smell coming from the machine was a mix of bad damp and pet urine, the service I paid for was not the service I agreed got and after contacting the company I didn't recieve a sorry or a solution to the problem just told very rudely that I need to pay the 2 staff members or they will take me to court. Never have I recieved such bad service AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Set up a clean with Supaclean at short notice for next day as tenants left my flat without professional clean. Had to cancel it a couple of hours later as the tenants got their own cleaners in. Agreed a £50 deposit with Supaclean (which is in line with their Ts and Cs) but they took £100 from my account without my authority, I questioned it and they have become very aggressive. Going through the dispute process now, pay deposit by credit card would be my recommendation.

I booked Supaclean for an end of tenancy agreement clean. Booking process was easy and I always felt that the team is taking well care of me.
The cleaning team was very reliable, fast and they did a great job and left the place spotless.

Needed an urgent end of tenancy clean - confusion with estate agent which meant the flat was not professionally cleaned before the new tenants moved in.

Was informed on a Friday night at 6pm and after trying a couple of companies with no success I found Supaclean who arranged for 3 people to come on that same night at 830pm - they stayed until 0045.

Great service and tenant was happy . Would be happy to recommend to anyone.

I just want to tell you that the Asian guy which came for professional carpet clean in our house was extremely polite, very honest but a true expert.

As we short let our property our carpets were very dirty.

He spent around 6 hours working in a very large 5 bed house with 4 reception rooms and 2 flights of stairs carpet and I can very happily say that our carpets look like brand new now

I, my wife and my daughters were so happy with him. Such a lovely man!

Great experience, our property at the end of our tenancy and carpets were cleaned to the highest degree. Faultless and spotless cleaning service. The guy I was speaking with in their office was a very pleasant man! Price was amazing, support was brilliant, service was beautiful.

I have never seen my house looking so clean! The boys that carried out the job were extremely hard working, friendly and did a fantastic job. In 5 hours they'd made the place absolutely spotless! Booking was easy, all round excellent service. Thank you.
