It’s now 9 days But they are just ignoring me. Once before this lack of response has occurred. Love the gear and price but when it goes wrong it’s awful. And when I’ve just lost my mum it’s stressful. And no phone number at all.

I recently ordered a pair of water shoes for paddleboarding, and on first inspection, they looked like the best pair I’ve had yet. Unfortunately, after just one wear, the glue around the front edging started to come loose—clearly a manufacturing defect.
I contacted SUP Warehouse and, impressively, they responded within 10 minutes. After reviewing the photo I’d sent, they issued a replacement pair without hesitation. Top-notch service.

Ordered my paddleboard almost 3 weeks ago, with an estimated delivery of 5 days. 2 weeks later, chased, and the response was the shipment has just arrived and will be sent in the next day or 2. another week later, and still no delivery. Chased again, and was sent exactly the same email response. A company, who do not adhere to their delivery promises, and whose communications are shocking.

I am really concerned.
We ordered a paddle board over 10 days ago. We did not received a email confirmation, just took a screen shot of the page when we ordered.
It advised delivery would be uptp 5 working days and still no delivery. We have reached out once and had absolutely no communication. We have reached out again and again no communication. The money has left our bank and we have not communication. I wouldn’t mind a late delivery as long as there was some reassurance we are not being scammed.
It’s been a 2 weeks since ordering and we were expecting this before Christmas.

Simply put, I bought something, they sent something else, blamed their supplier and refused to make it right.
I've been reluctant to leave a review in the hope that they'll sort something out, but it's been 2 weeks since I last heard from them and I'm starting to believe I'm not going to hear from them again.
So here's the story. I bought a SUP package advertised as coming with a carbon paddle. I've broken a number of aluminium ones before which is why I went for carbon. More expensive but stronger so worth it.
When it arrived, they'd sent the weaker, cheaper, aluminium one instead. When I queried this they admitted their mistake but it took them 7 weeks, 7!!, to decide not to send me the paddle I'd paid for. To be fair to them, they did give me fairly regular updates that noone was making a decision, but that didnt really help.
They eventually said their supplier had no remaining stock so wouldn't send one. I asked to source one from a different supplier and they ignored that. They offered me a £10 refund as goodwill. Which was neither goodwill nor anywhere near the price difference between the two types of paddle. After I mentioned this they did then change their offer to £30, but it still doesn't come close. They also told me the description of the product would be updated, which never happend, and then, that the product would be removed from their website, which, as of today, has also not happened.
Now it's over 10 weeks since I sent details of what arrived! The summer has gone, I'm still without the paddle I bought, and communications seem to have ceased.
These guys are probably fine retailer when things go well, a lot of folk seem to think so, but if there's a problem with anything don't expect them to sort it. They're just not interested.
