Pretty smooth but needs improvement
I ordered several books in Finnish and in Swedish in this online bookstore from abroad (to Germany). In general, everything went smoothly but there were several moment I’d like the company to improve.
After the order, I received a confirmation email with a surprise : it said that the order could be split into several parcels because some of the books may require more time to wait. I wanted to change this but the support said this was impossible.
On the website, the books that were dispatched and those that were still on hold were not displayed correctly - only the first parcel was displayed as sent, the rest progress was not displayed.
Actually, the Finnish books were delivered pretty fast (it took a couple of days), but the Swedish books were delivered one by one and it took about 2 months to get them all. I suppose the Swedish ones were ordered from Swedish bookstores, that’s why I had to wait.
Still, I received emails with tracking ID accurately and anytime I had any questions, the support answered me in 2-3 working days.
The books were delivered safe and sound and the delivery costs were charged only once, nothing to complain about.
I would order here in the future because of the international delivery and the vast range of books available. Still, I would not order books in other languages than Finnish here.
