We arrived to discover our apartment had been given to someone else, but for reasons that were never properly explained their apartment was not suitable/available to us. We were kept waiting for 3 hours (till after midnight) before being told that 7 of us would have to sleep in a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom appartment! Sunweb never replied to our message in resort and have told me that they will "aim to reply within 6 weeks" to my complaint.

I have already submitted a complaint via the link you suggest. That is when I got the automated reply telling me that you aim to reply within 6 weeks. This is totally unacceptable after such a significant problem.

We visited the la Chaix hotel in Alpe Duez a couple of weeks ago booked through Sunweb. At first we were impressed with the hotel, food was basic but a great location. I left the hotel to go to the shop to get some drinks for my children, as I walked through the exit door I caught my jacket on a mantel jagged edge on the door frame, this ripped my Patagonia jacket and was very frustrating for me. I then told thean on the desk who shrugged his shoulders and said it was a shame. I took images of the jagged edge which still had the fluth from my jacket on it. I asked if I could speak to the manager as I was really upset and was concerned that a child could cut their hand on the edge. When he arrived he wasn't bothered what so ever and told me that I need to speak with Sunweb? I told him that he needs to cut the edge off as this could hurt somebody in which he eventually did. I then called Sunweb and explained the situation and emailed over the pictures from the incident. Sunweb told me not to worry and it would be sorted?
2 days later we received an email saying that I need to speak with the hotel directly. Due to the language barrier I asked the sunweb rep to meet me at the hotel to get this sorted? When she arrived she was on team hotel and stated that I would need to make a claim on my travel insurance, which I found totally unacceptable, not only that it wasn't my fault it was the attitude of the rep and hotel manager. All I really wanted was an apology and for them to accept responsibility, the jagged edge could of cut somebody's hand , and they were not bothered what so ever. I am really frustrated with Sunweb I thought they could of dealt with this in a better way and at least repair my coat.

Booked a ski holiday with Sunweb, paid in full, booking confirmed.
Three weeks before holiday had an email to tell me the hotel was overbooked and that my room booking was cancelled. This meant that I would lose out on all the other expenses I'd already forked out for, transfers, parking, luggage upgrades etc.
I was able to keep my flight, but book a hotel elsewhere at a higher cost because it was a late booking. Sunweb were unable to provide an alternative hotel. Sunweb's inability to book the hotel cost be an estimated £300. I won't be using them again and would not recommend anyone to use.

We arrived at the Hotel (VVF Club Serre Chevalier Briançon) for a half-term ski break to find they were not expecting us!
Luckily the hotel reception staff were able to sort a room and ski gear (which also hadn't been booked) but Sunweb were not helpful and I had to chase up mid-week to confirm that we were no going to have to pay on checkout.
I can accept that errors happen but the lack of proactivity in resolving the issue and keeping us informed was very disappointing.
I see Sunweb have replied to this review but the URL they asked me to contact them on doesn't work.
