Poor value for money and poor service
We stayed in the Kalami Bay Apartments in June '25 and having paid over £1200 for the room only for just 7 days - our expectations were high. Whilst the Kalami Bay apartments are in a lovely location and the pool area is nice, the quality of the accomodation was poor - very basic and in serious need of attention. Worst of all was that for the first three and a half days of our stay we were without any hot water to shower. This was eventually fixed. For the last two days the pool was turning green and needed a chemical clean. The door to the toilet in the apartment would not close as the lock had been drilled out – you had to put your foot against it to keep it closed. There were also many other issues with the room.
I politely complained to Sunvil’s Managing Director back in June '25 and have contacted him several times since with no response - it is now the end of October '25. In his last three emails he assured me each time that he would get back to me the next day and never did. We received very poor service and value for money from Sunvil.
