I don’t know too much about Sunstate…

I don’t know too much about Sunstate Strata, what I do know is that their Accounts staff are extremely unhelpful. Three months I waited on a reply and when they answered they didn’t read my email properly and repeated the same drivel.
I escalated the matter but I got the same nonsensical reply and a warning as I had ‘the wrong tone’. No attempt to resolve, no apology for three month delay and no breakdown of an invoice., which was all I asked for. Unprofessional, unwilling to help in any way and dismissive.
