Purchased comfort slide ribbon floss for tight spaces. Floss kept breaking or went slack. Thought the product was defective. Sadly Disappointed Will look for another brand. Extremely dissatisfied.

I had an issue with my toothbrush and reached out to customer support. They responded very quickly and provided detailed, competent assistance throughout the process. What an incredible idea! My son has been using the toothbrush for about a year and it’s a game changer to get them to brush their teeth more. The toothbrush itself is sturdy, holds a decent amount of charge and you can get either pink or blue. We found it easy to connect to our tablet and he was away. It tells you where they are not brushing enough and there are loads of games to keep them engaged. We had an issue with our toothbrush recently as it wasn’t charging properly and we were sent out a replacement with no hassle. Well worth the money.

I purchased the playbrush with a subscription for replacement heads because my 4 year old who has previously been good at brushing his teeth was becoming increasingly difficult to engage in brushing for 2 minutes.
Absolutely worth every penny. He actually asks to brush his teeth now and is particularly interested with the analysis of brushing. He gets disappointed if he hasn’t covered all of his teeth and asks to keep brushing until he has reached 100%
I have been amazed at the difference. There are a variety of games so hopefully he won’t get bored. Playbrush has injected fun into oral hygiene and I can already see vast improvements with his technique. If you’re on the fence - I would completely recommend you go for it!

This is a great idea and encourages longer brushing.
The nature of the gaming approach to tooth brushing though encourages poor tooth brushing as you only need to hold on an area of the mouth to achieve the result on the games and therefore parts of the mouth are missed and it does not encourage full coverage even though the games are supposed to do this. This could be attributed to poor toothbrush or head design.
14 day money back on subscription so have just emailed for this as we are only on day 10.

I bought this for my son because he's autistic and has huge sensory difficulties. He loves this, he absolutely brushes for longer than usual. We have it on the sensitive setting but it is still quite strong (for my autistic child at least) I wish there was a 3rd setting for very sensitive children. That's the only reason I took off a star.
He loves it but says it sometimes hurts (I think it's more that it vibrates so fast rather than actual pain)
I'm autistic too and I have my own electric toothbrush (lol different brand obviously) but the sensitive setting is just that, sensitive. I tried my sons and I wouldn't be able to use it even on that lower setting.
I really hope you introduce another one because it's an amazing brush for neurodivergent kids with sensory struggles.
