The service was second to none
The service was second to none, did what they said they would do as did their courier. Such a relief after being let down so badly by a competitor. Product was amazing and clear after sales help but not I needed any. 5 big fat stars from me.

We love the pool & quick delivery
We love the pool, its had so much use already by our boys and their friends, they love it.
its easy to put together and the filter is great, although we find that we are having to change/clean it more then recommended.

I’ve bought two overground pools from…
I’ve bought two overground pools from Sunshine Pools during the last 5 years and they are very reliable and provide a speedy delivery. They also (in my view) provide value for money. Can’t fault them! Five stars therefore from me!

Ordered a 10ft bestway pool packaging was UNDAMAGED but wen put pool up it deflated looked found and repaired a puncher inflated again bit deflated again.

Great value & swift and efficient delivery
Our old KD above ground pool, which had served us well for 29 years, finally gave up the ghost last year. After researching options for a replacement it was clear that Sunshine Pools had the best offer in terms of robustness, reliability and service support. We placed an order for the INTEX ULTRA 16 x 48 XTR, which was the same dimensions as our old pool. It was delivered within 48 hours, was relatively easy to assemble (even for two septuagenarians!) and, just 3 days later, was ready to use. We are delighted with our purchase, as will be our grandchildren when they come and stay this weekend.

As soon as we were made aware of the fault, we worked with Bestway to arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible. While there was unfortunately a delay with the courier handling the replacement pump that Bestway sent - something outside of both our and Bestway’s control - we arranged for another replacement to be sent via an alternative courier.
However, after being advised that this was on its way, you requested for it to be recalled as you had sourced an alternative elsewhere. We’re sorry the situation wasn’t resolved as smoothly as it should have been and appreciate your frustration with the courier delays.
We do take all feedback seriously and continue to work closely with our suppliers and delivery partners to improve our service.

Amazing Value!
First rate delivery of a brilliant product. The pool filter and pump was at a bargain price-in a damaged box (found it hard to find the damage). It has already proved that our old pool filter wasn’t doing the job!
Definitely recommend Sunshine Pools.
