The scheduled snorkeling tour which me, my wife and our friends had been waiting for was not properly coordinated by us which caused severe frustration. We brought up the issue with the company and their customer support team acknowledged the issue and contacted local excursion providers and found us an alternative snorkeling tour on the next day of our charter. After the charter, the company even followed up and asked about our experience because they want to continually improve their services. Besides, the boat (which I was a Beneteau Cyclades 50.5 ) was in good conditions and we had no complaints.

I hired a yacht for a week and it was a great experience. The customer support was topnotch. Definitely recommend, it was the highlight of my summer!

The owner (Bill) saved our holiday when the broker company Zizoo did not pay him for a yacht we were to hire after we had paid them, but he sorted out a yacht at very short notice (1 day). We were extremely grateful.
