DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a lamp from this company only to receive a lamp that does not work and also looked as though it had been used before or just thrown to one side in a warehouse. I have emailed the company twice and haven't had a response, even though their website states a response within 24 hours. I called the number and spoke to one of their 'representatives' who stated that I would receive a refund within 10 minutes of the call taking place - that was 12 hours ago and there is no confirmation of a refund. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE CLEARLY SCAMMERS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am now going to try and claim my money back from my credit card company.
