RODENT INFESTED AND LEAKING ROOF!!!!
Everything I stored at HYANNIS SUN SELF STORAGE is ruined. I spent thousands to have have to have everything ruined. My belonging would have been better on the side of the road. Management, Elinor wouldn't return my initial emails or phone calls. When I eventually did get her on the phone she was rude and accusatory and not only did she say it wasn't their problem she wouldn't even talk to me about fixing the problems. SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I called back so I could ask to speak to someone else she said " No. I'm the manager and that's all you need to know." I had to call a diffent store to get my concerns sent to their corporate office. Even then, Kevin at the Mashpee office kept arguing with me about how I had no legal rights. I tried to explain to him that it was beside the point, I was trying to get the current ongoing issues dealt with seeing that I still had belongings in the storage unit and was obligated to pay rent until I could return and retrieve the rest of my urine soaked things. He couldn't grasp that and kept rambling on about how uhaul customers didn't get compensation during Katrina, then he told me I was interrupting him. At least he offered to forward my email to this elusive "corporate."
My advice AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE BECAUSE YOU JUST MAY GET THE PLAGUE IF YOU STORE HERE!!!!
