Really good comms right from booking…
Really good comms right from booking until arrival. Met at the villa and shown around . Unfortunately we had a problem with 2 leaky toilets and although we contacted the rep straight away we had no coms or site visit during our stay . Disappointed.The villa itself was really lovley spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. Pool area was great but overlooked. A welcome/information pack would have been helpful and it would have been useful if a couple of dishwasher tablets were in the villa . Apart from those few issues we would book again and enjoyed our stay .

Unfortunately, we did not receive any notification of the problem until the day before your departure, which prevented us from addressing it during your stay. It seems you contacted the maintenance staff of the villa directly, and we have informed the property owner about this situation so they can take the necessary measures to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
We also appreciate your suggestions regarding the welcome pack and dishwasher tablets, which we will certainly consider for future stays to improve the guest experience.

Very well equipped villa with a beautiful warm private pool and modern kitchen. Air con throughout and plenty of outdoor space with a mix of tables, chairs and loungers plus cushioned sofas to relax on. Excellent, quiet location with an easy walk to a small supermarket and a range of bars and restaurants. Well cared for by the cleaning staff and Alexis the local management rep. Fantastic Villa, fantastic Company…
Villa Mararia is an absolutely stunning villa. We have been to Lanzarote many many times and are very familiar with Playa Blanca, the area and amenities.
Villa Mararia is perfectly located for both the Marina, all the beaches that Playa Blanca has to offer, the port and the town.
A bus stop almost opposite outside makes for a perfect convenience with regular bus routes across the Island for very cheap prices.
The villa was perfectly furnished both indoors and outdoors, the sun terrace brilliantly cited for all day sunshine. The pool was fantastic, large, warm and clean.
The decor and finish in the Villa is I suspect brand new and it is very modern and nice looking.
Reina met us upon arrival and showed us everything that we needed to know. She offered her full support of both the Villa and the area throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome.
I have never experienced such a clean Villa on arriving. There are so many towels for both indoors and pool/beach which is very welcomed.
All the amenities, modern appliances in the kitchen, very very good air conditioning, huge TV (not that we felt the need to watch it with so much sunshine outside). Even the hairdryer had its on diffuser attachment!
This is simply the best villa we have stayed at in Lanzarote, even better than some in the past we have paid far more money for.
Sunpool Villas have excellent communication from the onset and we were very lucky to have Reina look after us for our stay. We were even met and greeted by the actual property owner herself who was lovely.

Sunpool Lanzarote Villa
Our first booking with Sunpool Lanzarote. Great value for money! We stayed in Villa Mararia B in Playa Blanca. Reina our housekeeper was in touch from the start of our holiday and responded quickly to any questions we had.
Villa Mararia B was a beautiful one bedroom modern villa with private pool. It was spotlessly clean and all essentials were provided. Great location only a 5/10 minute walk to the beautiful marina with fabulous restaurants.
Our 2 weeks there were the best and we look forward to returning in the near future. Thank you!

Villa rubicon luxury villa 👌
Sunpool were excellent to deal with, was apprehensive as never heard of them before but they provided an excellent service from any queries and prompt replies. We stayed at Villa rubicon and was perdect for our needs. Family of 8, parents, grandparents, 2 teens and a baby. Loved the outside space, excellent for sitting enjoying refreshments and the pool table and table tennis was a huge hit. Very secure villa in lovely safe neighbourhood, eveywhere walkable from villa. We enjoyed the walk and not too hilly, loved being 20 mins from Papagyo centre and if turn left there we walked to the marina and turn right for playa blanca. Taxis anywhere on the island just over 4 euros and always came very quickly. The furnishings were of a very high standard, kitchen utensils aplenty for eating in and bbq was fab! The swimming pool was mantained every 4 days and was heated, was perfect as was a little windy and cloudy the first few days but the pool was a lovely temperature so never affected us too much. We felt could have been left more towels and midweek the cleanera came in to change towels and bedding and left us extra after we asked. The gardens were maintained all throughout our stay aswell and the villa was immaculate. We washed our swim wear and towels as we went along and thought it would have been good to have a washing line, somewhere discreet and could be put away when not in use. The small clothes drier broke our first day with the strong winds, not a major problem but perhaps useful for future. Thanks for an amazing holiday and we would not hesitate to book through sunpool again.
