The flowers are nice enough

The flowers are nice enough, except that the roses seem a bit tired and wilty. But not enough to get upset about. What did not impress me at all were the prices of the flowers, and no warning about the boat-load of fees that were going to get slapped on at check-out. It feels like I've been taken to the cleaners: a bouquet priced at $59.99 suddenly and unexpectedly grew to $78.23! You raised the bill without any notice whatsoever, by more than 30%! And then you asked if I was willing to offer a "tip" on top of that! There is an old saying: "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."

The customer service was amazing. There way a little misunderstanding about the address and you wrote me and we made it clear. Excellent.
The flowers were sent exactly on time and wonderful flowers. Thanks

DON'T DO IT

DON'T DO IT! this is a ripoff scam. I ordered same day delivery, cancelled at 10:00 am the next morning by phone and email because nothing was delivered. Shipping labels indicate they shipped at 5:00 pm - 7 hours after I cancelled. They do not abide by their own refund policy. A delivery was made on the third day - not even close to what I ordered and flowers were brown and dying. Three weeks of trying to get a full refund and the best they offered was 30%. Working now on a charge back through my credit card company.

I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sunny Flowers.

I ordered and paid for a premium white calla lily arrangement displayed on their website. What was actually delivered looked nothing like the arrangement I purchased. The advertised bouquet featured elegant calla lilies in a tall contemporary vase, while the delivered arrangement contained different flowers, filler flowers, and a completely different vase. The overall look and value were nowhere near what was advertised.

To make matters worse, I paid an additional fee for expedited delivery, yet the flowers were delivered late.

When I contacted customer service to complain, I was not offered a satisfactory resolution. Instead, I was repeatedly told that the arrangement delivered was comparable to what I ordered, despite the obvious differences. I provided photos showing exactly what was ordered versus what was received, and the discrepancy is clear.

I understand that occasional substitutions may be necessary, but customers should receive something of similar style, quality, and value. That did not happen here.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Sunny Flowers and feel misled by the product advertised versus the product delivered.

Failure to deliver on time or at all on delivery date and day aftergiven false information regarding status of delivery, representative impatient and cùrt

I called on a thursday for a Friday delivery and paid an extra charge for this. I made very clear that Friday should be the delivery date and was told no problem for this. I called on Friday late morning to ensure the flowers would arrive that day and was told the flowers were en route and would arrive in the afternoon.They did not arrive on Friday. I called on Saturday my friend advised me they had not arrived I called and did not get a clear answer as to why they hadn't arrived. Was told they would be delivered on Saturday now as they weren't on Friday. They were not delivered on saturday despite assurances they would. I called on sunday and was told they would not be delivered due to unforseen circumstances representative was curt at times, I called a second time and was put on hold for so long I eventually hung up. Very disappointed as these flowers were.specifically meant to arrive on Friday for a reason in support of the recipient . I have requested a full refund and have filed a credit card dispute due to non delivery on specified date and revised date. I cancelled my order. Also received a message from my bank confirming the dispute and the amount was $174 rather than $119 I was quoted so it must have been converted to USD. Or there are hidden fees I would NEVER use this service again It seems they want to maximize there profits on unsuspecting clients they outright lied to me twice that the flowers were enroute. Now they say they will review the refund request which likely means I will get 5%-10% back which I have been reading in other reviews.

Terrible arrangement and service

Flowers were delivered on the wrong date and also did not even look like the picture online on what was ordered they also came and were completely wilted and falling over and were delivered from Hyvee the grocery store. The website makes you think they are coming from a local florist in Green Bay WI
