Excellent Customer Service
I wanted to highlight a wonderful experience I had yesterday with one of your sales team in Reading, Berkshire at the Oracle shopping centre. I was served by a young gentleman by the name Edoardo Rasa and I wanted to express how impressed I was with his knowledge of the products, attention to detail and his proactive communication. For such a young man, the level of service was seamless hence the reason why my friend and I, both made purchases. We are returning customers and haven't shopped with you for 3 years due, to some of the products we had previously bought had changed in strength and smell.
However, we will be back because of Edoardos patience and helpfulness.

Amazing perfume
I was passing by the stall with the perfumes for ages as it always was too strong for me. But last time the lady handed me absolutely amazing sample of Very berry and I had to have it. I bought an oil version and I love it.!❤️

Sales person misguided me with price

Not the same Ambid Ambre fragrance
Update: I have updated my review rating based on the exceptional customer service I got after leaving a negative review on here and got an immidiate response from Sunna Musk customer care and was given a full refund wihout asking further questions - This would've been avoided when i first made a contact with their kiosk and they weren't helpful at all.
Purchased Abid Ambre fragrance recently from Reading oracle Sunna Musk and this was my 2nd time buying Abid Ambre as the fragrance was so good and also bought golden musk which is my favorite. But this time my wife got an allergy spraying Abid Ambre on her wrists. I went to their stand in the oracle tried explaining but they weren’t helpful at all even though I knew their returns policy but with cases like getting allergy you got to make an exception. Before buying it my tried one of their testers and confirmed it was the same fragrance but when she tried the fragrance 3 or 4 days after buying it the fragrance was stronger compared to the one we tried in the oracle. I won’t be buying anymore perfumes from you guys. If you can’t make an exception for your customers then you definitely are not a customer centric company. I’d rather stick to Dior than pay you £70 and get shit customer service. I’ve lost £70 but you’ve lost a customer.
