Placed a very big order. Given a tracking number which never actually showed they posted anything.

Months later still refusing a refund.

Never buy directly from Sunlu.com. I ordered a brand new E2 filament dryer, but it arrived broken and didn’t work properly. I sent over 10 emails to their support, but only got replies to two of them. In the end, they simply told me they couldn’t help and left me stuck with a defective product. Completely unacceptable!

feels like a scam!.. I placed an order.. but I didn't get any information about delivery date.. so I tried to cancel the order.. only to discover that it's a ghost company!.. their 24/7 support is not responding at all.. .. and all their official emails are not responding.. and there's now telephone number to reach the company..

I ordered a filament dryer a fie weeks ago and it hasn't arrived. No one gives ne details, no one answers my emails. This is a joke. The money was taken but no one sent The product.

E-commerce service with a good site, but with the worst support and delivery processes.

Support is non existent

Shame I can’t give 0 stars. My 16 year old son saved up to spend £60 on filament. Tracking showed his package at a local delivery depot 150 miles away. Package was delivered by that depot to an unknown address and the delivery photo of the package was a picture of a load of delivery sacks. My son tried to contact them and all he got was replies asking him to confirm his order number. They then stopped replying. I’ve emailed all the contact emails I can find and haven’t had a reply. My son is out of pocket with no product. Appalling. Avoid like the plague.

Received a batch of filaments and they get stuck when printing. I contacted customer service to see if there is an issue. The spools were tightly wound and caused the printer to stall.
Their response was to untie a knot. WHAT KNOT???? After 7 emails they basically said ....too bad so sad.
Stay away from this product. I should have listened to the other reviews.

I have bought serveral thound dollars of filament from Sunlu and up until now have been pleased with them, but no longer.I purchased 10 rolls of Sunlu black recycled PETG filament for $9.99 a roll. What i received was ONE roll. After 6 emails to them and no response (I got notice that they got the emails.) I have decided to switch to a different supplier. The Order #was SL19988525.

Sunlu filament is the worst I’ve ever tried. It’s not even possible to get it to work. The rolls I tried were white, Green, And black. Right off the bat they clogged my extruder and tried to fill up the rest of the head. If I wouldn’t have caught it I would be ordering an entire new print head. Cleared that out and tried upping temps. Nothing helped. It wouldn’t adhere. Where it did adhere it started a massive blob on the print end. Worthless products. And to top it off when I reached out to sunlu. The rep acted like I was an idiot at first and when I explained all the parameters I tried, they wrote me off to Amazon. Don’t buy from this company. Its typical Chinese products with typical lack of support after things go wrong.

Terrible customer service, Ive got an email chain of 30+ messages and 3 requested videos indicating how garbage there item isnt working and they will not give me anything to work with

Do not order from sunlu. Their return policy sucks. I ordered PETG filament by mistake, and they won't accept my return because the plastic bag they shipped them in was opened. All of the filament boxes are not opened and original.

Got a box of 10xGold Silk+ PLA. Made sure I had flows and speed perfect, dried 3 spools at 50c for 12 hours before starting a big customer job. After 1kg spool was used up AT 30mm/s I put a new spool in and the colour changed a LOT. You just can’t rely on Sunlu batch numbers for colours which is sad because the first reel was a gorgeous colour. If you want reliable colouring across batch numbers it’s best to go with Bambu. I had to start the project again (2.5 days into a print) and am now stuck with 8 spools of unreliable colouring.
I wish I could upload a photo to show just how much the colour changed.

I ordered 3 filaments. One spool arrived damaged and could not be mounted on my AMS. Other two had broken security seals.
Worst customer service, unable to resolve the problems - they ignored broken security seals and refused to get replacement or refund for damaged product.

Really bad and poor quality filament.

I bought a pack of 5 and tried them out on my Ankermake M5C. I have used a bunch of different filament brands (Elegoo, Creality, PinRui, Landu, Eryone, eSUN) since getting my printer and all have worked flawlessly with zero adhesion issues. The two spools of Sunlu filament I bought just did not work at all, I could not get any first layer adhesion. Their response was to use a glue stick, which doesn't feel like it should be required given no other filament suffers the same problem. The common factor is their product.

I had previously calibrated the Z axis and done a whole bunch of other dialing in, so I am confident their filament is the problem. A brand I will absolutely avoid. They refused to provide a refund so I went via my bank to complete a chargeback.

I had a mis delivered order I tried contacting FedEx and the service said it's the business responsibility do to the shipping choice they used that didn't help the situation as the time zone so I sent a message and they said that the service says it was delivered so they have no responsibility I sent multiple emails with images of my house and house in delivery photo and the FedEx notification of that I can't put a claim...well 2 weeks later no resolution they are telling me to contact my bank

Ordered 8 days ago and parcel hasn't moved. Sent email and no reply won't be ordering off this site again will stick to amazon and other companies

I ordered 3 different High speed Marble PLA filaments and the shipment came within the promised delivery time. However, I recieved 3 random Wood filaments instead of what I actually ordered. Mistakes happen, but since then I have tried contacting them through their chat function and the two email adresses they have. However, no response at all! So I am stuck here with three filaments I have no use for and do not have the ones I actually need, and not a single reply from their side.
Edit: After two weeks and some more emails they replied and offered me a satisfactory solution.
